I previously reviewed a "Star Wars" EC-17 that I purchased, with the complaint that it was far larger than the original prop, and had features (mainly a trigger) that did not appear on the original. Within a short time I received an email from the company, offering to "make it right" if I could provide additional details. I gave them some measurements and reference photos, and frankly wasn't sure I'd hear from them again - but just yesterday I received a new prop, that was not only scaled correctly, but had some weathering/paint hi-lights that didn't appear on their previous attempt. I am thrilled with the new item, and have mentioned it to the costume groups in which I am a member. Well done, folks!

Website was easy to navigate and smooth ordering process. Delivery was prompt.
HOWEVER - I ordered the Destiny 2 replica hunters knife for my son as he is a collector of all things game themed. This is not a replica it is a plastic toy. For the price of 63 pounds I expected something of a little better quality that a toy that probably cost about 5 pounds to make. Thoroughly disappointed and a complete waste of money in my view.
I have given 2 stars purely for the speed of ordering and delivery

Arrived quickly, great condition and craftsmanship.

I bought a Dead Space Plasma Cutter with working lasers prop from these guys and I cannot stress enough how cool it is and how happy I am! They've filled a small hole in this collectors heart for his obsession.

Not only did it arrive quickly (8 total days including the weekend) but it's amazing quality and stamped any doubts I had of buying from a company I've not heard of before. They also added some small thank you presents completely unprompted.

This is why I love supporting smaller companies that actually care for their products and customers. They've outdone themselves, and I will definitely be grabbing some more stuff when I can! Thank you guys so much :D !

I ordered a arasaka thermal RGB katana cyberpunk 2077, the prop itself it amazing and i really love it the instructions are cleared on how it works. Thai is the second time i have purchased a prop and definitely gonna do it again in the future maybe even a custom one as well.

I’ve made 2 purchases from them. And it won’t be my last for sure. Everything’s great about them. From the customer care to receiving the finished product. They are quality at every turn. Really haven’t come across another company that has so much care and passion in their product.

Vash the Stampede sidearm. Cheaply made and obvious plastic with clear 3D printing lines and separating layers. So light I initially thought the box was empty. Nothing in box but the gun, bubble wrap, and 3 random candies. The gun is mostly broke between the barrel and handle, and about to come apart. Sloppy paint (not gunmetal or chrome) and craftsmanship — not that close of a match to the image. Had I seen it at a thrift store, I wouldnt have bought it for $5, much less $50. Paid shipping AND had surprise $36.00 on delivery to UPS. 0/10 will probably throw away.

Great build quality. Great customer service. Looooooong wait time. The website says 30 to 40 days for a preorder. It was closer to 4 months in my case but you know what, thats ok. I ordered three star wars blasters. The ec-17 (scout trooper blaster) is MASSIVE. Not screen accurate or for trooping but an Amazing display piece. ELG 3a, no complaints at all. Excellent piece and one my daughter looks forward to using in her costume. SE-14r. Excellent look and feel. Arrived with a broken piece and a loose bit but easily fixed and since its being shipped from Latvia, no complaints.

So as the song goes. Two out of three ain't bad.

I ordered for halloween beginning of september and heard nothing for a bit, but I was able to contact them twice and they reassured that my order was on track to be ready soon as it was a made-to-order weapon and lots of people order, so bonus for communication. It arrived and the thing is sick. Looks good, feels good. I know there are reviews about print lines but really it doesnt bother me cause it looks good even up close and ultimately there arent really other good options to get the weapon I ordered unless I spent way more or tried making it myself. Only advice is to order well ahead of time like I did or else you risk a late delivery. Overall super happy with it, will definitely use them again in the future if I am in need of something for a costume or just want a replica. Cheers.

The props i bought were awesome! Everything came in perfect condition and the team worked exceptionally! They even included a letter and a few other goodies in the packet! Would definitely buy again and recommend to others

I live in the Northeastern United States. I would never believe that a Latvian package could get here faster than priority with our various shipping types. The replica itself (I purchased the CZ-75B for a cosplay) is more than passable. Although there is of course no moving parts, it’s a solid and detailed replica that’s lightweight and hardy considering that the thing was fully 3D printed. Would highly recommend them in the future- and I honestly may pre-order some stuff from them moving forward.

I just got Ebony & Ivory delivered and the quality is just astoundingly good, the colouring aswell as the details were done really well and the 3d-print is super smooth.

There's nothing that I could complain about. Will definitely buy more props in the future.

This was my first experience with custom 3D-printed cosplay props, so I realistically kept my expectations low. My order took four months to create, but it was definitely worth the wait! The quality of the plastic is outstanding and the paintwork is superb. Sure, there are a few bumps and imperfections here and there, but nothing that ruined the overall experience. The customer service was nice and kept me in the loop!

I am amending my previous review of the EC-17 blaster. The company has reached out to me and asked for measurements for a more appropriately-scaled replica, and offered to make this order right. I was very pleased (and frankly, surprised) to receive this offer. I will provide the required measurements next week, and will post another review if I receive a replacement product. Pretty good customer service, so far!
