Great customer service and efficient delivery; would shop with them again and definitely recommend.

Thanks Blakesleys for great service. Bought a 4x3m pergola from them, it arrived with slight damage to one of the parts caused in transit so I emailed Ian to inform him of the damage. He replied within minutes to send him a photo of the damage and he would arrange for a replacement from the manufacturer. This didn't take days or even hours but minutes.
Many thanks to Ian and the guys and girls at Blakesleys for a first class service, I cannot recommend this company enough.
And the price was great too. 5 stars

Good value for money. Delivery not as quick as I had hoped but probably not helped by 2 bank holidays. No contact from courier which could have been awkward if I was not in.

Very well priced garden furniture, but there was a sale on and super fast delivery. We were kept updated on delivery date and times. Couldn't ask for more.

Excellent service and speedy delivery. Ordered on a Thursday, which was the jubilee bank holiday weekend, and they arrived on the following Tuesday. Product was of excellent quality and cheaper than on a lot of other sites we had checked. I would certainly use them again.

The lead time was a little long (usual supply issues we’ve all become accustomed to) but it was most definitely worth the wait! Ian kept me updated along the way and we’re very happy with the service and of course with our new pergola. It’s absolutely transformed our patio! We could not be happier! I think a few people on my development will be contacting Blakesleys very soon…

Product excellent, communications and delivery very good.

My customer experience was absolutely impeccable! Easy to order the product, but most impressive for me was the communications with Blakesleys. It was practically like instant messaging. Any question I asked had a near-immediate response, so no being ignored or left in the dark. Everything promised was delivered too. A very high customer care standard indeed and one others should learn from. Extremely satisfied and happy to recommend them to anyone!

From asking for advice about the Niva Cambridge firepit set, ordering it and delivery was extremely easy. Set is exactly what we needed and very happy.......roll on sunshine 🌞. Thanks Ian and team.

Excellent quality product and excellent customer service throughout highly recommended

Blakesleys were excellent and have left a review on their website to this effect. The pergola itself is top quality and goes together well. This takes a few hours as indicated on product description, ie 2 men 3hrs. It took 1man and 1 women 5hrs including lunch and football watching breaks.
( yes, we put together that day) the courier company experience was a bit bizarre however.
I recieved 3 identical emails at same time from a number wanting to deliver office furniture on a certain day and asking me to click yes or no on a link. Out of curiosity I checked the number which came from China.. so obviously I deleted emails as it is quite common to get fishing emails from supposed delivery companies. The next evening, same thing so I blocked the number. The next evening I recieved a phone call from a lady wanting to deliver my pergola the next day. Managed to organise this despite the short notice. The courier men were lovely and put just inside my back gate. (Four 4m boxes all of which were very heavy, 40 to 60 kg each. Although the boxes were printed titan pergola, the shipping labels all stated office furniture. The penny dropped about the previous emails. So in summary, no tracking number ever recieved, not much notice given to organise receipt of item if everyone works in your household. And, a very dubious way of contacting you (emails) which no one would click on in this day and age. But having said all that, the delivery men very nice. Would highly recommend blakesleys, and the product. Would however suggest however, some warning about the type of contact you receive from the courier company.
