Ordered 4 whisky bottles , from Bladeultra waited almost 2 months to get them, finally got it but the product they advertised nothing even close to what I received, very poor quality, contacted them about returning their products, and response was , it could coast me a lot for shipping and will take a long time to refund my money back. They offered 10% refund and I will keep the product. Which I didn't like at all, price was $105.57 for 4 empty whisky bottles in form of Raven.
I saw advertisement on YouTube, was wondering if somehow we can report this company to You Tube and stop their advertisement, it's will change the way they doing dishonest business on You Tube platform. Obviously I'm not the first one who suffered from this company.

Do not buy from this company. The item I received is not as shown in the advert it is a cheap and nasty representation. I have asked for return and refund information but they so far have only offered me a 30% refund and to keep the item. Their return and refund policy states that if the goods are not correct returns can be made without incurring postage costs.

AVOID!!! SCAM SITE!!!
Waited a month for my purchase.
Tracking said my order was delivered but it never arrived. USPS did investigation and found that bladeultra addressed it to a completely different address than my order confirmation stated. They also insured it for $100.00
Their customer service is a joke.
Upon researching other people‘s experience with them; this seems to be a pattern that they wind up profiting from.
They are a scam website!!!

The cap is a poor printed version of the actual cap as advertised. Totally scammed

I ordered shoes months ago and still have not received them. The first shipment was the wrong size. I told bladeultra and they were going to send me the correct size. I had to pay postage twice. And still the shoes are not here.

Absolute scam rip off chinese crap, item advertised as vintage leather baseball cap when it is all just tacky print. Paid £30 odd dollars for utter sh!te. Do not EVER TRUST THESE SCAMMERS!!!

Ordered the hat May 11.
Tracking number given stated item delivered June 1.
Item had not been received; however, BLADEULTRA insisted it had been and refused to provide refund.
Went to my local small town post office and the manager was kind enough to research using a combination of the tracking number provided along the time and date of alleged delivery. He found the delivery was to a different person and address. He sent me a letter stating same which I provided to PayPal while filing a complaint/claim.
Immediately I was given a full refund.
What an outrageous SCAM!!!

Paid over $30 for what I believed to be a hand stiched quality leather cap. What I recieved was a cheap printed cap. Even the "stiching" was just printed on.

I bought the 3D Beaded Gnome DIY Kit........ It was advertised as having EVERYTHING(beads,thread.instructions etc)
All I got were the beads....... WTH ? ? ?

You know Amazon was bad enough when they started using Alexa to answer and send you to Africa to give your information to just get your money back but this company is even worse they don't even bother shipping orders out within days they take 21 days to even put the order in this company needs to be shut down from the inside out and I plan to try to do it anyone who'd like to try to help me let me know I'll work for cyber task force for the FBI and I am flagging this company they need to contact me quickly

I ordered one hat and got nothing for $29.99
So please do yourselves a favor and DO NOT ORDER from these thieves.

Ordered some shoes and got a cheap pair that look nothing like the ad. The pair I got could be bought for 10 to 12 dollars at a discount store instead of 41 (including shipping). BEWARE!!!!

I wouldn't even give it a 1 I would give zero, produce was NOTHING like the description, 80$ for 2 shorts, I sent in photos and all to show it was not what it said and I got a reply to only credit me 15% It's a TOTAL SCAM!

Do not believe the advertising photos or product description.

The cap I received was extremely small and looked nothing like the pictures online. The listing claimed it was “genuine vintage leather,” but the hat I received was clearly not leather. It was cheap painted fabric material similar to a low-quality baseball cap.

Customer service was equally frustrating. They refused to provide a proper refund and repeatedly pushed me to cancel my credit card dispute before they would do anything. After all the back-and-forth, they only offered about a 10% refund.

Very misleading advertising and terrible customer service. I would never order from this company again.

Almost impossible to return something. Never order from this company. Sizes are not very true.

DO NOT USE THUS COMPANY.

None of their items are quality, hand made. All cheap mass produced crap.
Won't give me a refund and have now stopped talking to me.
I have photos of the crap if anyone wants to see...

When I told Bladeultra I was unhappy with purchase and requested refund or exchange, best they would offer was twenty percent refund, and I had to pay for shipping.
So much for one hundred percent customer satisfaction.
NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BLADEULTRA.

BUSINESS FRAUD?
I ordered two caps(still not dead). I waited two months and got one excuse after another as to why the cap wasn't available. I never received the two caps I paid for so I cancelled the order. What are you running , a SCAM ON PEOPLE?

Their product is, as someone else described, crap and definitely NOT worth it. We bought a hat advertised as ‘leather’ and it was a cheaply made material hat - no leather anywhere. When I requested a refund, they offered 10%, I pushed for a full refund, they offered 15%, pushed again, then 20%. Pushing further, they provided an address in China and said if, only if they rec’d it at their warehouse and in good condition would they would issue a full refund. Based on how their website lies about their products and customer satisfaction, we all know how that will go - they get the hat back, claim not rec’d and won’t issue refund. Like other say, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE A SCAM!!
