It’s hard to put into works how remarkable, luxurious, exciting and life changing our honeymoon was, but I’ll try!

Black Tomato created an experience that I could have only dreamed about or seen on a television screen. My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Camilla, one of Black Tomato’s sales agents, to plan our honeymoon in South Africa and Mozambique. She curated an experience that combined relaxation, adventure, education, and culture (all the things we wanted out of our 14-day honeymoon). The process was so seamless, it was unbelievable. We would talk about what we wanted and she would really listen. She then provided options and ideas that we never even thought of. 

In South Africa, we traveled to CapeTown, Franschoek and Madiwe. It was unreal visiting the apartheid museum and learning about everything that happened in the country. Then going to wine country and seeing how beautiful all the vineyards were (and of course tasting the delicious wine). And finally ending our South Africa leg with the game reserve. Seeing lions, giraffes, elephants, etc. literally 6 feet away from my vehicle was the highlight of my trip. Everyone should have the chance to see animals in their natural habitat. Once you do that, you’d never want to see them in a zoo again. Our last three days of the trip we enjoyed the beautiful Bengurru Island, which is off the coast of Mozambique. That boutique resort was my favorite because our room opened up right to the beach and gave us an unparalleled level of relaxation and beauty.

Black Tomato helped to plan a trip to Iceland to celebrate my husband's birthday. We had a wonderful time exploring the sites, touring the countryside, and enjoying amazing meals. Our guide, Karolina, was helpful with recommendations and was so enjoyable to be with as we navigated the country. The trip was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. Alys with Black Tomato put together the absolutely perfect itinerary. I would highly recommend Black Tomato and have used their services many times before and will use them again...hopefully soon!

Completely curated to suit my interests, I’ve just come off 3 weeks of helping nomadic families with their big winter migration, being taught the art of eagle hunting, riding camels across deserts, motorbiking and horse riding over mountains, visiting inspiring NGOs, speaking with monks and shamans, chasing wolves and wild horses.. and so much more.

I cannot recommend Black Tomato enough for their wealth of knowledge, speed, and ability to curate something entirely special. Nothing was too difficult for them and everything ran smoothly - I couldn’t be happier.

During the trip, our every need was attended to and planned for in advance. Working with the local crew was spectacular - they were both planful as well as flexible in our itinerary and daily activities and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a magical time. We enjoyed activities that were both touristy as well as rooted in the local Moroccan life, and at the end of the day returned to luxury and pampering. Black Tomato is the epitome of bespoke. Not only will your trip be 100% curated to you, you will never have a team more invested and caring about you as a person. My Get Lost trip was wild, beautiful, special, and challenging in all the ways I was hoping.

Black Tomato helped us with our first big trip since the pandemic started, and it also happened to be our honeymoon. They were very responsive, helped coordinate all the details and made it a wonderful experience.

Black Tomato was the perfect partner to plan our honeymoon. They were wonderful advisors and ensured a noteworthy, safe, comfortable and memorable trip as we navigated the uncertainties around COVID.

Black Tomato planned our honeymoon through Croatia, France and Spain. It was truly special. Everything went incredibly smooth. We had private drivers waiting for us at every airport, hotel, and restaurant. They planned a bunch of experiences we didn't even think to ask about like truffle hunting and olive oil tastings, and completely took the stress out of the trip. Their staff was always available for any questions or recommendations. It can be a little expensive, but if you're looking for an incredible experience, and willing to pay a bit for it, we found it totally worth the cost. Highly recommend.

Black Tomato made planning (and then replanning and replanning for a third and fourth time due to Covid) our Honeymoon so easy. It was honestly the best decision I made related to wedding planning. We ended up traveling from our home in the US to French Polynesia and it was an absolute dream, and truly an unforgettable experience. The logistics on the ground were seamless, everything was planned and there were no hiccups in any of the coordinated accommodations, excursions or transfers. We look forward to planning future trips with Black Tomato!

We are so thankful for Black Tomato for without them we don't think our honeymoon turned one-year anniversary would have been possible! It was our first two-week long vacation and they helped plan and think of everything - from an amazing line-up of six of the best hotels we've ever stayed in, to a perfectly planned itinerary that was a mix of relaxation and exploring. As the days grew closer, we were overwhelmed by the paperwork and testing that came with traveling during COVID, but Black Tomato responded to all our questions instantly with solutions and suggestions. Once we got abroad, we didn't have to think twice about it because we knew we had a great team behind the scenes working through any scenario. Can't thank the team and Luca enough - I'm not sure we'll be able to vacation any other way again!

Black tomato was a pleasure to work with! They planned a wonderful adventure in Scotland for our honeymoon. Tom was easy to work with and did a wonderful job with excursions, restaurants, hotels, etc!

Great experience. Jihane put together a great honeymoon in Greece in a short amount of time and took the stress out of traveling during COVID. All of the tour guides and experiences set up were perfect! A big thanks to Jihane and the Black Tomato team!

We booked our honeymoon through Black Tomato and had a brilliant time. The team were especially amazing as we had to re-organise the trip 3 times across two continents due to Covid and they were really supportive throughout the whole process and made it seem a breeze. The final trip was close to home in Scotland, but was completely bespoke and we got to do so many amazing and unusual activities that we would never have been able to do otherwise. We were looked after so well and there were some lovely surprises along the way too. We would really recommend Black Tomato and can't wait to organise our next trip through them!

Exceeded my expectations.

I contacted Rob and Black Tomato for a range of adventures and experiences. Several emails and phone conversations, I narrowed my focus to a Greenland adventure.
Rob helped identify what I wanted and put together a range activities over ten days. Glamping & good hotels, hiking, icebergs and icecap, gourmet food: fresh fish, reindeer and musk ox.

My husband and I used Black Tomato to plan our honeymoon to Croatia and Montenegro, and we are so glad we did. After we first reached out to BT, they got back to us the next day with a proposed itinerary that we were very excited about. The cultural expeditions were unique, local, authentic, and so much fun. We had the most wonderful experience planning our honeymoon with Black Tomato amidst COVID. Sunil is the one we directly worked with and he did a fantastic job. We made many adjustments to our plans as time went by due to certain travel restrictions and personal preferences and he was very patient with us and always had great suggestions. They thought of everything! This includes airport transfers, cars, activities and more. This is the best way to plan the most unforgettable trip without stressing about it.
