Ironic how a medical service company doesn’t care openly about, literally, the lives of its employees

It is absolutely disgusting how, during an EARTHQUAKE that has claimed multiple lives, this company didn't allow its employees to leave, claiming "laziness isn't a reason to avoid work". AS IF! Do not support a business that claims wishing to stay alive is laziness and is punished by terminating contracts

Don't trust a company that doesn't let their workers evacuate during an earthquake and then refuses to acknowledge their wrong. If that is how it treats its employees, what waits for members and customers?

Terrible center. Customer service should never come before people's lives. If they are not responsible for their employees, I assure you they won't take responsibility for negligence. How you treat human beings shows who you really are.

Are you willing to put your trust and your health in the hands of a company that doesn't values the lives of its workers? Recently, a 7,4 earthquake has shaken Colombia and this company seems to be proud OF NOT LETTING ITS WORKERS RUN AWAY TO SAFETY, there's videos of multiple employees recording the moment they've been told to stay at the building and continue working despite the earthquake, basically threatened to have their contract terminated if they left the building. HUH????

DO NOT TRUST A COMPANY THAT'S WILLING TO RISK THE LIVES OF THEIR EMPLOYEES, AVOID.

This company treats its workers like slaves.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY LIE..... THEY SENT ME A DEVICE THAT WAS NOT CHARGED AND THEN THEY BILL YOU 125 DOLLARS... ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY FIVE BUCKS LATE FEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IT ARRIVED ONE DAY "LATE" because I had to charge the stupid thing for a full day... $125.00 dollars for one day late. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

If you get a call that says they've received info from your doctor and they want to schedule your sleep test, hang up and call your doctor. Ask them which companies they sent your test order to. This company grossly overcharges and very carefully words their communication so it sounds like one thing but they claim it means another. They didn't contact your insurance company. If you want to call customer service or the rep that called you, prepare to wait half an hour for someone to answer, if they do. They will try to skirt whatever they can. This is a predatory business; do not give them your money.

Customer service is non-existent. Called them multiple times... nobody ever answers...even after holding for more than 20 minutes. Also emailed customer service to no avail... they didn't respond either. Company shouldn't be in healthcare or any customer focused business as far as I'm concerned.

If I could give it less I would. The item they send is little more than what my Apple Watch does with the exception of if you are a side sleeper you have a bright light in your face. I got a request for approx $30 after returning the ring. No results and no invoice just an texted request. I have no billing showing what both Medicare or my secondary paid and was threatened with collection if I don’t pay. This company is a fraud. Stay away!

Overly aggressive in securing payment, but the service quality drops sharply afterward. Once they have your “yes,” the experience becomes fragmented and frustrating. Communication is inconsistent, with far too many different representatives involved and no evidence of proper documentation or follow‑through on commitments. Basic promises aren’t kept, and the overall process feels disorganized and poorly managed.

Sales ppl (Emanuel Perez & Anthony ?) bullied & harassed me several times daily for 2 WEEKS while I was helping family with a medical emergency! Texts & calls, several daily. Found out after the fact they have an 'F' rating with BBB! Mgr Oscar was not bothered by my complaints either. Did not, will never, do business with Blackstone Medical!

If you're ever faced with dealing with this company....RUN! Communication is difficult, hold time waiting for assistance is excessive and help in getting problems resolved [especially billing] is the worst! I was billed supposedly because, according to Blackstone, my deductible with my secondary insurance [primary insurer claim was filed and covered] had not been met. When I contacted them with evidence that the deductible had, in fact, been met, I was told they would "expedite my request" and it would take approximately A WEEK to get an answer. That is unacceptable and poor customer service. Since this company adamantly insists that equipment be returned within 5 days or a penalty will incur, they certainly should do everything possible to respond to customers timely. They are surely quick to send an invoice with a note that payment is due upon receipt, however, they are not as timely in responding to customer issues. Other reviews are certainly enlightening. Additionally, it is difficult to understand employees as many of them do not have enough of a command of the English language to be understood easily. I wouldn't recommend them in any way, shape or form!
