Do not use this company …
if you have a loved one please don’t leave them in the care of this company. the carers are only concerned about making more money, i had one carer charge my dad $100 for food that was basically lentils for every single meal. i had another carer who (i found out after from the neighbor) would sit in her car for an hour then spend 5 minutes with my dad. i had another carer who couldn’t work weekends so i said i can do weekends except she didn’t tell the management and was getting paid fir the weekend. once i found out i told the manager and it was clear she was a pal of this carer because she did absolutely nothing about it. all in all the staff are friendly but they really do not care about people and are not doing the job they get paid for. my father lost so much weight where they didn’t stay with him to make sure he ate his meals . my biggest regret is not giving up work to care for my dad, unfortunately im a widow with two children and i had no option but use this terrible firm.
