Hello, sorry there was a delay with our reply to your email. You had emailed over the Christmas break and we are a small family business. We were working through our emails along with serving customers in store and shipping out the orders that had come in since our last shipment date. We were working through emails oldest to newest and got back to you in jusst over 24 hours. We agreed the card was not as described and as we did not have a replacement we issued you a full refund.

I cannot complain about the goods…

I cannot complain about the goods received. I 100% got my moneys worth. I was just a little saddened that I got all new sealed items from the latest sets. No singles, old cards or anything nostalgic, which was why I brought a mystery box in the first place. I did attempt to reach out to query what would be in the box before buying but nobody responded. It was however Christmas and they were probably very busy. Again, cannot fault the amount I was given, but I spent a little bit and was hoping for something completely different that what turned up.

My son and I adore this shop

My son and I adore this shop. The owners are very knowledgeable and collectors themselves and, more importantly, lovely people. I can't recommend this shop any higher

Great pokemon shop!

Excellent shop with lovely, helpful and friendly staff. Communication was perfect as i was picking up from the store. Will be visiting again soon.

Really impressed !

Really impressed with my order, paid for it to be gift wrapped and they wrapped it so nicely in pokemon wrapping paper in 4 different parcels so was really fun to open! Had a good range of stickers, promo cards and really good booster packs! Would deffo buy again.
