Their produce was delivered, a day late, but was packaged well to accommodate this situation. This isn't their problem - it is the delivery company's, but I feel they have taken on board previous comments, and have made packaging adjustments.Our Christmas box arrived in perfect condition with the frozen items still frozen and the rest of the meat in good condition. My only slight critisism is that I wrote to them to ask where my delivery was as it hadn't been delivered on 23rd December as promised, so I was in a bit of a panic, and I didn't get a response. Maybe customer service could be reviewed, which prevented me from giving 5*. But, I will say that all we received was perfect, and beautifully indulgent. I'll definitely be using you again.

A company that used to be excellent but has, sadly, now deteriorated. I ordered some meat before Xmas. It was delivered promptly but the the frozen items had defrosted (despite only being a short journey on a very cold day) and the vacuum seals on a number of others had failed.
I used the contact form to complain and didn't even get the courtesy of a reply.
Another company I will never use again.

Ordered meat for Christmas that never arrived. No tracking provided and a reluctance to provide a refund.

Forced to make a claim against them through PayPal.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered for delivery yesterday, 14th Dec,didn’t arrive and no communication or information. Parcel has now sat at delivery depot ‘ready for delivery’ for over 24 hours.
Not out for delivery today 15th Dec!!!
This is meat!!!!

Update- not out for delivery at all today 15th, so by tomorrow will have been at depot for 48 hours.
Have messaged BFM twice and requested they rerun and refund… no reponse

Update- Tracking shows parcel has been delayed again to 16/12 still no delivery confirmation and no response from BFM re return and refund. Have had to purchase alternatives.

Ordered a selection of meat to stock the freezer - just had the two Galloway Lumberjack Beef Steaks..quite big monsters with barely any shrinkage after cooking.

The taste was superb and had just the right amount of fat which rendered into the flavour.

Very impressed 👍

They delivered the meat without knocking and processed to leave it around a corner of the house and not leave a note to where it was, meaning it sat outside for a week. I emailed to complain and they have stopped responding to my emails.

Excellent quality meat, stock available even though we ordered rather late for Xmas, arrived on time, very well packaged, made for a fab game pie.
