I ORDERED 2 MORE TIRES AGAIN..... THIS IS MY 3RD ORDER IN A MATTER OF MONTHS AND AGAIN THE DRIVER JUST LEFT MY TIRES EXPOSED ON MY PORCH WITHOUT EVEN ATTEMPTING TO RING MY DOORBELL SO SOMEONE CAN GRAB THE TIRES. I WROTE A REVIEW FOR MY PREVIOUS ORDER STATING THE TIRES ALMOSTV GOT STOLEN AS THE DRIVER JUST LEFT THE TIRES OUT IN THE OPEN AND SOMEONE WAS HOME ALL DAY AND IF THE DRIVER RANG THE DOORBELL THE SITUATION COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED ALL TOGETHER. SOMEONE FROM THE COMPANY REPLIED TO MY REVIEW STATING THIS WOULDN'T HAPPEN AGAIN BUT IT JUST DID.... HORRIBLE SERVICE THAT'S ALL I GOT TO SAY. WON'T BE ORDERING TIRES HERE AGAIN

Tire was a day late and I was off to a trip the next day and needed a new spare for my trailer. Juan was accommodating and the tire appointment eeked in so I went to the shop to drop off the spare.

When I looked at the tire it was the wrong brand, completely the wrong size and the wrong type (they sent a sports car tire, I ordered an all-terrain. The guy at the shop was dumbfounded too as he looks at the order and nothing matched.

They wasted my time and now are holding my money hostage until we go through the return process for a tire I didn’t even take.

I don’t recommend this company at all.

Multiple shipping errors, a used tire sent, and I had to return an extra one they mistakenly delivered. The process wasted my time, caused unnecessary stress, and they offered only a pathetic compensation. I expected far better from a company of this size.

Sold me a set of tires that didn't match. Blamed it on improper rotation after only 90 days from sale date and refused to fix the problem

I never received my tires and Black Circle is refusing to refund me. It has now been a month and a half since I should have had my tires.

They sent me a photo from the carrier but it clearly shows a location that is not my address. I also didn’t receive any tracking number until several days after the supposed delivery.

They asked me to file a police report, which I did but now they’re telling me they still won’t issue a refund.

At this point, I suspect the tires were never actually shipped and that’s why they are refusing to refund me.

So disappointed with this company. I ordered a set of 4 tires to go on a 1985 S10. I made the mistake of ordering what I saw and that was exactly what I needed. Raised white letters. Just like the image on their website. It was not what was shipped and that was an issue so I had contacted them about that. they responded I could return them for a refund which would be great except for the hundreds of dollars for shipping you have to eat. And then pay for more shipping to get what you need. ( the joys of shopping online). They then informed me it was all my mistake because it said BSW in the description( I didn't recall seeing that at all or would know what the means) and they have a clause in their agreement that the images are for illustration only. They should be very clear, especially with online business. I guess the only time you read the fine print is when you have a problem. I found someone locally that could properly make the raised letters white at a cost of $80. I requested they should compensate for the unexpected cost and use that as an opportunity to fix the problem. They offered to return or give a $30 credit on account. I am not sure their response would inspire me to do business with them again. they didn't want to remedy the situation, they just wanted to deflect blame. I want to start off by saying, no company is perfect or has no issues and I respect that but how company's respond to these issues is a reflection of their character. This company doesnt face their problems, they deflect. The price was good, the shipping was vague and the service in my view poor... It is tough purchasing online, especially when the shipping is so costly. its experiences like this that turn me off of it. If I had know there would of been an issue with not getting what I had ordered, I would of been more diligent in questioning but even that is a challenge with response times. If details are important to you, this is probably not the company you want to do business with. Its not that they have problems, its how they deal with them that is the measure of their business and has earned them a 1 star.

I just purchased 4 Falkon Wildpeak AT4W tires from Blackcircles. The price was 15% less than the local tire shops in Calgary. The tires arrived in 2 business days. I will definitely purchase from Blackcircles again. Great service.

easy website to navigate, good price and selection for tires, received confirmation email with tracking, speedy delivery to an area (work place) outside of regular route. tires in great condition.

After putting my order, I was not informed of when the order is being shipped and it was left on the middle of the drive way in front of my house facing street out in the open

Ordered tires on a Friday night and they arrived before noon on Wednesday. Priced $26 below nearest competitor for 14" tires.

Very easy to use website. One of the best tire sites out there. Great prices. Extremely fast shipping. Tires were the exact ones I ordered. DOT date code was for 32nd week of 2024. We are now in March of 2025, so the date code was good. Tires were clean and all from the same batch. Prices were lower than other sites and they beat all local dealers. Money in my pocket is better than in someone else's. Just got them installed this morning and they are beautiful. The installer was impressed with these Continental ExtremeContact tires. I am so happy that I just ordered 4 more tires for our SUV. Saved over $250 on those tires compared to local dealers. No brainer purchase. I am very happy with my purchase. I will buy from them again in the future.

Worst company...STAY AWAY...they are a SCAM...everything they tell you = LIES...I got my money back by going to Michelin USA

Easy and fast to purchase, three tire should up 1 day after purchasing the tire and 3 days later the last tire arrived.

The worst company ever.
If you consider to order any products from this site ,I would strongly suggest you not to do that.Sure,the price seems cheaper than other places. However your order never gets on time,really poor tracking systems and very poor processing of refund.It has been over 20days ever since I have got the confirmation letter for refunding.Until now I only hear that we are working on it.
Please reconsider buying any products from this site.I do not want to give them even one star. ZERO STAR

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

I placed an order for a winter tire package on November 26, but the tires never arrived at the garage. I contacted Juan and Simon multiple times. At first, I was told the tires had been delivered. Later, they said the delivery would happen soon and that someone would get in touch with me. Despite all this, I never received clear answers or updates. The lack of communication and follow-through was extremely disappointing.

It felt like they were stalling and making excuses. I ended up canceling my order and going with another supplier. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and, frankly, felt racist.

As of today, December 17, I still haven’t received my refund.
Save yourself the trouble and avoid dealing with them.

First-rate products at exceedingly competitive prices. Outstanding customer service through prompt & helpful communication and friendly support.

Tires sent were DOT 2 years old, so have already lost 2 years of life on the tires. They explained that they can ship tires up to 3 years old.

If you like to be lied to repeatedly then buy your tires through these losers. This is my 3rd purchase through BlackCircles and now my second terrible customer service experience, NEVER AGAIN. 3-5 business days? I've now passed 10 business days and not one person there can supply a tracking number or even who the shipper is. This place is a joke
