I was very impressed with this company. There is an online chat on their webpage, which dealt with my query very efficiently, and the operator was able to locate the necessary part and have it transferred to their other branch for my convenience. My visit was expected and the repair carried out within half an hour, and they kept me informed by e-mail as I waited in the coffee shop across the road. Because the repair had been arranged beforehand by online chat I was not charged a fast-track fee. My phone is now working perfectly and I am very pleased. I would definitely recommend this company.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received. My phone is perfect and the whole process was very smooth from start to finish. I took my phone with a broken sim card reader in at about 1pm on a Friday and picked it up 2 hours later good as new. I paid for a fast track service as I was going away in a few days but it was still much cheaper than buying a new phone!

From booking online, taking the device in for 'fast track' repair through to collecting the repaired phone within a few hours, this is a pain free service. Highly recommended.

I took my BlackBerry Z30 here after finding them on Google. I was impressed with the professionalism and immediately trusted the company. I have taken previous mobiles into other shops and have always been a bit apprehensive if it will be repaired properly etc. I felt completely confident with them. I was told that the phone would be ready for collection the next day, which I thought was impressive. However I was contacted on two hours repair carried out. Fantastic. The phone is working perfectly. It had a new screen saver on it and it has been cleaned. It looks brand new. I was made to check the phone, both for the repair and other features. When I and the gentleman were satisfied I paid and left. I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending this company. If I could give more than five stars I would!! I'm always breaking fones and I will only use them in future. Awesome.
