My complai at google was answered with lies
After I complained to Google, I was insulted and harassed with vile lies and insinuations. Here is my response.
Answer to that cheeky comment of the wannabe:
It actually seems to have become fashionable to spread fake news. People are brazenly inventing "facts" and, if necessary, outright lying. They have the nerve to accuse me of malicious intent. Telling me I drove to the second gate "on purpose," as if I maliciously wanted to cause trouble and invent problems. Such an insinuation is malicious. But certainly not my behavior, which is enforced by your rules. The fact is, I've never been to this area before. My navigation system took me along this route. The gatekeeper at the first gate had opened the first gate as I was driving towards it. The fact that there's a second gate, and then even a third one, is neither signposted nor noted in the navigation system, and no one pointed it out to me. The peak of your lies, however, is the audacious accusation that I have told your gateman, I was booked at your resort. That's really the last straw, because I didn't even know what this resort was called. I had clearly stated that I wanted to go to MY room, in one of the resorts behind yours, and I just wanted to sleep, because I had driven from Iloilo to Cebu that day, taking two ferries, driving many kilometers, and even was filming a several times along the way. Your second gatekeeper had refused to unlock the gate instead of explaining to me how else it was possible to get into my resort. He wanted to see my key, and I showed it directly to him. Only then did he tell me it wasn't a key for this resort. Instead of finally explaining how I was supposed to get into my resort, he simply left me standing there and didn't help at all. It's also not true that the people standing around, guests, and employees were annoyed by me. That's also a lie. In fact, almost all of them were annoyed by this barrier, which has apparently caused so many problems in the years before. Let's leave aside the fact that the closure of a private road is supposedly required by law as your claim says.. The traffic police in your community, however, knows nothing about this and also talked about problems. When the second gate was finally opened, a third one came and that guy also wanted to stop me. Only then did I identify myself, and very quickly they unlocked the gate. When I finally arrived at my resort, they explained to me that such problems occur very often, as cars are guided by the navigation system along this route. It would have been easy for you, to apologize to me for the inconvenience. Instead, you chose the path of lies and confrontation. Just like you did with the supposedly legal closure, even though you must know that those around you can hardly be amused by it and are more likely to be scared of the owner of your resort.
