Unfortunately, the rotation scratches my snowboard. For this reason, I cannot recommend the QuickSet.

I had questions when ordering, they were able to help me out right away through the chat feature. Since imin the US, I expected the shipping to take a long time, but I had my QuickSett 2.0 within the 7 days that they promised. The unit works exactly as advertised, I LOVE IT!!

I paid for the QuickSett Origin 2 along with the 'all rings' set so I could use with different bindings. I have had the disks turn up but not the QuickSett itself, having also had to pay import duty on the entire product (which isnt cheap)
I have sent 3 emails and two messages on Facebook with no response from them.
At this point I am just going to have to hope my credit card company can help reclaim costs

I recently installed my BlackLine Quick-Sett and immediately loved how solid it feels. It’s made riding up the chairlift much more comfortable, especially when sharing it with skiers.
I did have a minor issue, but customer service was fast and responsive—very impressive.
One thing I hadn’t considered when I bought it is the ability to change my binding position depending on the type of run. I can set it to +30 or more for snowboard cross, then switch back to my normal stance for carving. That flexibility has been a really cool bonus.

Commandé en avril dernière, livraison en octobre (normalement), depuis aucune nouvelle et leur contact mail ne fonctionne pas, impossible de leur écrire.
Leur service après vente est inexistant.

J’ai fait partie des pré-commandes de Quicksett via un site de financement participatif. Premier obstacle, l'incompatibilité avec mes anciennes fixations. J’ai donc patienté deux ans avant de changer de matériel, et c’est seulement à ce moment-là que j’ai pu recevoir leur dernière version. Malheureusement, après environ 20 utilisations lors de l'installation, elles se sont cassées !
Après plusieurs échanges avec leur SAV, j’ai reçu un email m’annonçant l’envoi d’une nouvelle paire. Le problème venait d’une anomalie de fabrication sur les premières générations des Quicksett Origin v1, rapidement identifiée et évidemment corrigée. J’ai eu la malchance de faire partie du premier lot concerné.
Maintenant, après cinq ans d’échanges avec leur SAV, je pense pouvoir affirmer qu’ils sont tout simplement incroyablement réactifs, patients et d’une grande bienveillance. Quant à la qualité, cela ne fait (plus) aucun doute à mes yeux.
Attention, l’installation des Quicksett demande de la rigueur. Il est impératif de suivre leurs vidéos d’installation pour éviter de trop endommager votre planche à l'usage. Si le disque est trop sérré, lors du pivotement cela causera d'importants frottements, entraînant probablement des rayures marqués. Ces dernières restent purement esthétiques et ne remettent pas en cause, pour moi, l’utilité exceptionnelle de ces Quicksett. Mais bon, une planche est vite rayée hein, entre collisions, branches et coup de bâtons.ski dans la file du télésiège, j'ai jamais tenu plus de 2 sorties sans une rayure. Un coup de peinture, de vernis ou un sticker adapté bien placé, et c'est comme neuf !

I have the old version of Quicksett and its awesome! I will probably buy the new 2025 version and move the old version to my rear foot. Then I can play with different stances. This is the best innovation in snowboarding I have seen in 25 years. Reminds me of the dropper post on mountain bikes. I highly recommend this product for multiple reasons. Turning your foot is great for lift lines, T-bars, chairlift comfort, and catwalks. I used it for the entire 2024-2025 season in the Rockies, and never had an issue. No it won't come randomly unlocked when your riding. If you dont have one, pre oder it now and thank me later.

I ordered 3 sets of these. Sadly they did not fit into our families bindings despite ordering the correct ones. I requested a return and refund and was told to ship it to an address and once received they would process a refund. They have had the returned items for 3 weeks now according to usps and have reached out multiple times with zero response in regards to my refund. Their customer service needs to improve

I just received my Quicksett, and I love it!! The quality is great, and the customer service was super helpful throughout the process. For those who find the shipping a bit long: remember, this is a startup, and great things take time. It’s worth the wait, for sure!

Bonjour a tous. J'ai acheté mon quicksett en octobre et comme beaucoup la livraison a été longue mais bon reçu avant la saison. Perso je suis moins enthousiaste. Je ne sais pas si c est parce que je suis en step on mais le système est pas super efficace et j'ai flingué ma planche avec les rotations, elle est toutes rayé je suis dégoûté. Cela est il arrivé à d autres?

Une board a tout faire avec laquelle je m'amuse autant en poudreuse qu'en park.

Simplicité et agréable, parfait pour des vacances en famille.

J’ai reçu mon matériel et je l’ai testé le we dernier. C’est vraiment super top et au delà de mon espérance. Pour un budget plus que raisonnable, ça change la vie m.
