Before I get on to the quality of the product, I´d like to acknowledge the excellent aftercare from BKM´s Customer Service team. There was a small logistics issue (related to the carrier and not BKM), I received an almost immediate response and resolution within the same email reply. No back and forth, or battling to have this resolved. Everything was clear, professional and empathetic. It´s not normally something you experience these days with other companies, but I´m glad to see that as well as producing excellent products, BKM excels in service also.
Now, the product. I purchased the Tranquil capsules and only 3 days in, I´m waking up refreshed, alert, even morning muscle pain has disappeared. I find my self more focused and less brain fog. I can only imagine that this will continue to improve. If you suffer with insomnia related to stress, despite healthy eating and daily exercise outdoors and still have disturbed sleep, I would high recommend trying this product to see if it has the same positive effects for you as it currently has for me.

I I started taking the supplements end of March this year and after the first week I found that I was sleeping much longer and without interruption which she’s always been a problem for me. So I can definitely recommend them to people who are waking up in the middle of the night.

I also cannot fault BKM‘s customer service my second shipment went missing and I was without pills for two weeks however Saga from BKM was more than helpful and looked into the situation and arranged for a replacement shipment and a refund for the inconvenience which I thought was very generous of her.

Happy to say I’m now taking the capsules once again for the past couple of days.

These are scammers. You order something once, and afterwards they keep taking money from your account for the same product without permission. Do not order anything here — this is pure theft.

The customer support was more than excellent. So even if I haven’t use the product yet… I already feel confident for the product itself!

Great experience with BKM Health and their customer service. They responded immediately to my return request, handled everything smoothly, and processed the refund right away — even allowing me to keep the product. Very fair and human approach.
Unfortunately, I found out that I personally can’t tolerate magnesium bisglycinate, the main ingredient in Tranquil. While it does have a relaxing effect, my body reacts with intestinal side effects, so it’s not suitable for me. This is a personal sensitivity, not a product issue.
Based on their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine passion, I would absolutely recommend BKM and would happily buy from them again once they offer a product without magnesium bisglycinate.

Customer service at BKM is exceptionally good and responsive. They make it personal and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Can't wait for my Tranquil order to arrive!

Using TRANQUIL since a few months and it really helps me falling asleep and having a deeper sleep. Subscription service works smoothly.

I have been attempting to contact BKM Health for several weeks without receiving any response. The quality of their product is extremely poor, and although they have promised to issue a refund, they have not responded to any communications. I advise caution when dealing with these Swedish entities, as they appear to be engaging in deceptive practices while their founders celebrate with large events and promote their counterfeit products.

UPDATE:
I’ve now heard back from BKM and have received a refund of the amount owed to me.

I’m so tired of having to write this review:

I received my order of Tranquil on December 11, 2025, and took it every evening for three weeks. I could feel that it had a decent effect on me, but not enough for me to want to keep the product, so I decided to make use of the 30-day money-back guarantee. I shipped the product on January 9 via UPS, within the 30-day period.

I have sent 3 emails to info@
and 3 emails to anton@ (a contact email in the Terms of service) stating that I wanted to use my 30-day money-back guarantee — but I have received NO response to any of the 6 emails.

So much for their “trustworthy ambassador” and co-founder Li Karlsén, who appears in a promotional video featuring only her on Facebook. I mention her specifically because I was drawn to her trustworthy appearance and because she actively highlights herself and her personal experiences with freediving as part of the company’s advertising.
