I have bought their Tranquil capsules for sleep and I have to say that I give these 10/10. I have tried all the similar tablets on the market but these are definitely top 1. Now I sleep really well and wake up rested. Many thanks BKM!

Customer service at BKM is exceptionally good and responsive. They make it personal and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Can't wait for my Tranquil order to arrive!

Using TRANQUIL since a few months and it really helps me falling asleep and having a deeper sleep. Subscription service works smoothly.

I have been attempting to contact BKM Health for several weeks without receiving any response. The quality of their product is extremely poor, and although they have promised to issue a refund, they have not responded to any communications. I advise caution when dealing with these Swedish entities, as they appear to be engaging in deceptive practices while their founders celebrate with large events and promote their counterfeit products.

UPDATE:
I’ve now heard back from BKM and have received a refund of the amount owed to me.

I’m so tired of having to write this review:

I received my order of Tranquil on December 11, 2025, and took it every evening for three weeks. I could feel that it had a decent effect on me, but not enough for me to want to keep the product, so I decided to make use of the 30-day money-back guarantee. I shipped the product on January 9 via UPS, within the 30-day period.

I have sent 3 emails to info@
and 3 emails to anton@ (a contact email in the Terms of service) stating that I wanted to use my 30-day money-back guarantee — but I have received NO response to any of the 6 emails.

I shipped the package to the address listed in their Terms of Service:

So much for their “trustworthy ambassador” and co-founder Li Karlsén, who appears in a promotional video featuring only her on Facebook. I mention her specifically because I was drawn to her trustworthy appearance and because she actively highlights herself and her personal experiences with freediving as part of the company’s advertising.

Heads up: I hope the product works for you, as there is NO money-back guarantee.

Very pleased with my purchase. Smooth from the start to the finish. Really recommend BKM for their great products and trustworthiness.

14.06.25. I purchased a product from BKM Health. BUT they failed to deliver. Or even provide me with a feedback. After a slow and “wast of time email ". I never heard from them again.

I still didn't receive my product..

And yes they manage to take the payment.. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩
