Hi John, thanks for your feedback. You're absolutely right regarding the number of emails. There's a balance between keeping you informed and flooding your inbox. I have just run a test order and there were 7 emails sent: 3 directly from our website, 1 from our payment handler, and 3 from Royal Mail about delivery. There's certainly one from our website I can cut, and I will look into reducing the RM mails, but that's harder to do.
