I order my dogs food on subscription and it works well, I can delay a delivery if needed and it is much cheaper than anywhere else I have found. I also earn loyalty points which add up to a significant saving periodically.

Bitiba are quick at sending out which is good for cat as I usually leave it too late ha ha. The downside is courier cannot read when asked to leave in safe place - its always on my door step!!

Company been spot on with subscription
Company been spot on with subscription, been using these for over 3 years getting 2 bags of dog food delivered every 5 weeks for about £120 a month until ive just saw my price for next month has gone upto £191 , charging £95 for a 12kg bag of dry food 🫨 had to cancel and go elsewhere.

I started using Bitiba on a regular basis about 8 years ago when I had a cat that required specialist dietary foods. As the cat family grew I found it a must need service, to able to buy in bulk on a regular basis. I think they are still the best price around for most of the litter and food that I buy and I like the ability to bring subscription orders forward, or put back if needed.
I find they ship items quickly and have even had things next day!
I had to return cat biscuits once when the brand changed the recipe and it disagreed with my cat and I got a full refund even though I had opened and used some of the product.
I like the range of products and also like to try some of their own brand products with my cats.
I definitely recommend this company.

Disappointing delivery standards after 10+ years as a loyal customer
I have been shopping with Bitiba for over 10 years, but their current delivery service via Evri is ruining what used to be a reliable experience.
Heavy pet supplies and bulky parcels are regularly left downstairs, delayed, or flagged with fake delivery updates by drivers who refuse to deliver directly to my front door. As a long-standing customer recovering from major surgery with strict physical restrictions, having heavy orders left stranded downstairs is completely unacceptable.
When I contacted customer support to cancel the order due to these delays, I was sent an automated copy-paste response offering a useless 10% coupon while completely ignoring the courier issue and my cancellation request.
Bitiba needs to take responsibility for the couriers they hire. A retailer is only as good as the service that delivers their goods, and after a decade of loyalty, it’s deeply frustrating to be let down like this. I won't be ordering bulky items again until they fix their logistics and customer care.
