We love our Bison coolers. All 3 of them. The only reason that I have a 4 instead of a 5 is due to the absence of decent discounts. Especially for repeat customers. There seems to be 5% and discounts... Zobacz więcej

Hi Rob,

Your order was placed on Friday, 9/24 and shipped out on Monday, 9/27. The tracking information says that delivery was attempted multiple times but the "customer was not available or the business was closed". You should have received automated tracking information for this order. Please reach out to FedEx to coordinate delivery and they can have them onsite ASAP. Our systems don't notify us when a delivery is not successful. They should be able to get you fixed up ASAP! Thanks!

Quick service

Quick service. Had the tumblers for two years before breaking one of the closure clips. Replacement appears to work fine.

Hi Darrell, our coolers are Made in USA which makes them more costly to produce than our competition. We can't include the divider at no charge given these costs. We are happy to refund you if you want to ship that cooler back to us. Just let us know. Thanks!

Great Find!

From the beginning of my interaction with the website through the actual order. This company really cares and go out of their way to ensure you can tell. In my book, they're tops!! I had pre-sales questions and spoke to Janis, she did an excellent job of answering my questions throughly. 👏 Then there's Jeremy (co-owner), an awesome guy that cares deeply about the customer and the company. Thank you both for all that you do. It'll be a couple days before I receive my cooler, but I believe it'll be great because everyone takes pride in this company and products. Long live small business! I'll do my part to introduce friends and family to your business.
