Great customer service and timely shipping!

Just bought my second Bison cooler. They’re a little bulkier than some other roto-molded cooler brands I’ve owned, but the features of this brand really shine.

The latches are bar-none the best in the industry. I like them better than even Engel and Canyon. And there are no screws holding them into the plastic (a weakness of some other brands, in my opinion).

To test sidewall thickness, I measure every cooler through the drain hole, and many are 1.5” thick there. Not Bison! These coolers are a solid 2” (or slightly thicker) there, right where most roto-molded coolers are the thinnest.

They also have the BEST handles among premium coolers. So for these reasons, I’m willing to deal with a little extra bulk.

I do wish they offered a size between 25 and 50 quarts. That’s a big jump. And, I wish they offered an attractive light blue color.

I can’t speak for Bison’s customer service, as I’ve never spoken to anyone there, nor needed any parts replaced. But they seem to be good, honest folks. Both coolers shipped within just a few hours of my order being placed, and both arrived in perfect condition. And, they’re right down in Texas— made in the USA! I recommend Bison coolers and would buy from them again.

How do you have such a good idea an insulated koozie with a bottle opener on the bottom and its to small to hold a bottle of modelo you really dropped the ball on this what a disaster flaw in your product I guess ill just keep buying yeti products so im not let down any more

I bought soft cooler for camping and picnic. The temperature stays for a long time. The best thing for summer outdoor recreation.

I got their growler as a present and so happy with it. It's indeed extremely efficient device that lets you keep the wanted temperature for a very long time. Both hot and cold. Amazing stuff

Compartmentalized my food and kept one side frozen with the other side cold for our 4 day camping trip.

Great, well-made American construction. Customer service was extremely accommodating and quick to respond.

Bison did their job. They priced the product. Had the product in stock. Shipped the product timely and charged the agreed on price. This seemingly basic formula is almost non-existent in todays world and its refreshing to find a company that still believes in doing it right.

I ordered a 12oz tumbler. All I got in the mail was the lid. I like bison products. But this is bad. Just the freaking lid. Well I’ll see how customer service is.

I am editing my review to a 5 star. After Jeremy reached out after my 1 star review. They got things settled and fixed very fast. I based my one star review off my initial product I received. This company is very straight forward small business trying to compete with larger companies that big box’s stores like to push. This company will take care of you. I just received my tumbler in the mail today. Which I ordered another one for my wife. Which arrived today as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to order off them again and recommend them to a friend. We love our Bison coolers! We just purchased the divider and wire rack for the 50 lb cooler and I’ll be getting a wire rack for the 25 soon! Great product!!

Construction of this cooler was way better than expected. Works awesome and ice packs stay frozen for about 2 days. Cooler does need to be zipped up to maintain coldness.

My order was out-of-stock, but Customer Service rep Janis Farr located one in their showroom. Thank you for going above and beyond the extra mile to help in these "out-of-stock" times!
