Order never arrived - Placed the order over two weeks ago the status just says order placed. Their "chat support" is automated not helpful at all. No information other than "Order Placed"

Time is of the essence with a vendor like this and I rate them 0/5 — would not recommend! Paid a hefty amount for 2-day shipping, and 3 days later receive a notification that it just shipped. It’s been a full week since placing the order, and still the gift isn’t here. I contacted support immediately upon realizing how late shipment started, and they weren’t helpful whatsoever. No refund offered and no acknowledgment of the slow delay times, only work for me to do to return the item and not even get a full refund. Never again.

The necklace is poorly made. When I first received the necklace it lasted two days before a gem fell out. The company asked me to mail it back then they would give me a “replacement” necklace. When I got the replacement necklace it lasted about a week before the SAME gem fell out. Super frustrating. It’s like they just tried to glue the same gem back onto the same necklace then gave it back to me when it was obviously defective. I remember seeing other reviews about the gems falling out of their necklaces but I thought “no that won’t happen to me” because it was only a couple reviews and the rest were “great”. Before buying these necklaces look at the reviews and believe them. Never buying again.

Customer service was not able to recreate another book after paying over $100 for a custom book, birth time was wrong but they were not able to fix the problem and send out another book. Over priced too, do yourself a favor and don’t purchase, save your hard earned money for a better gift

I have ordered several birthdate candles for gifts over the last few years!!! Everyone (including myself) has found the candle to be delightfully personal and of excellent artisan quality. The candles are large and burn well. The candles are a beautiful blend of astrology, numerology, tarot and aromatherapy. Simply enchanting!! This is one of the most unique and individualized gifts you could imagine. The company offers many other options - jewelry , other cosmic candles and a personal birthdate book. Their customer service is exceptional. I only had a website question, but got a fast and complete response. The website and Instagram sites include lots of celestial news and info on events too. Check them out and for that special gift ORDER a birthdate candle. That reminds me I need to order myself a new one. Mine is burned down to the socket.

Birthdate Co. is a unique brand in that they work with professional astrologers to create their products. Astrology is trendy now, so there are plenty of places to buy similar products...but it's the extra step they go to work with professionals in the field that sets them apart. The Birthdate book is like buying an astrology reading- it's full of detailed information about all of your planets (though it doesn't discuss the houses). I also like their "Survive Mercury Retrograde" candle- it includes a custom reading on the label (unlike others I've seen on the market) and a crystal that's revealed as the wax melts. I like knowing that when I buy astrology themed products from them, they weren't just created because it's what's popular right now- they're creating products that are the real deal! I also like that I can reuse the candles once they're burned down. Perfect iced coffee container!

I LOVE BIRTHDATE! Everything is so personal and so nice! The book IS of amazing quality! It's pricey because its mapped exactly to the persons time and birthday (it's like an astrology reading which can cost at least 50.00 if not more. My hubby LOVED it and he's not even into astrology! He just LOVED the book. I started with the candles... and they are so unique to my hubby and I). Our scents are as different as we are. Another person smelled my birthday candle when they came in the room and said, 'If you were a candle this would be YOU". My jaw dropped. Plus this company is amazing! The people are the nicest and so generous and free/open with everything they share! The Moon Circles and other meetings will really HELP anyone new to astrology. Not to mention they are so generous, they talk about all kinds of birthday and other unique traits, like stones, herbs, flowers, and even Tarrot (for free). I LOOOOOOOOOVE this company and it's staff ... and they just keep getting bettter.

I currently own 3 candles made by Birthdate (two Birthdate candles, and one Surviving Mercury Retrograde candle), and a Birthstone ring. First, the candles not only have very personal astrological information, but the scents are excellent! The ring is beautiful, and made of high quality materials too! To top it off, the customer service at Birthdate is great as well!

I’m in love with this brand! Got a couple candles and a book for my best friend’s birthday and she found them beautiful and the astral descriptions very accurate. Shipping went flawless and I got the package in perfect conditions. Def a solid gift recommendation
