Faulty electroepilation device, no support
Bought an EP 200 blend electroepilation device from them. Unfortunately the device shocks the treated person, causing excessive pain. Without the pedal being depressed it shows 160V transients across the probe and grounding strap, so when you touch the probe to the person it pricks them painfully before you're even treating the hair, and it's worse than the treatment pain. When I contacted the company the support first misunderstood me entirely, and then said that I can "mail it to their service department at my own expense" with no guarantee that they'll fix it. Completely blindsided. Complete gamble buying anything of theirs. Be advised.
