Update: after a few months customer service reached out to me. I was refunded $300 for my order that had not been delivered before as well as a generous discount on the next order. I hope all other people get their issues resolved. It looks like the company is trying to manage the situation.

As for the product, I am expecting the package but I liked the effects of all you can eat. Curious to try Unbloat me.

The absolute worst customer service. I had to reach out to 10 times to get my issue resolved. I accidentally had a one time purchase of a supplement put on subscription. There was no way for me to cancel the subscription on my profile. I reach out numerous times and was told numerous times the subscription had be canceled. I then received these same subscriptions for the next 3 months. I’m currently pregnant and cannot use these the worst part is I was refused a refund for their mistake. I will never purchase anything from this company again.

If I could give -10, I would. Ordered the book 7 months ago including the recipe bundle. There was an offer that you only had to pay shipping cost and if you wanted the recipe bundle you had to pay extra for that. Than became a 7 month struggle to get more information about my package. I was told to wait. When I finally opted to receive a refund....it wasn’t possible since I only had to pay for shipping. Mind you, shipping costs where over €20. So, not cheap. And if I wanted to have the book I simply have to order it again! Oh and the recipe bundle that I payed for and never arrived...no refund and no resend. So Safe to say that the costumer service sucks big time! I have never ever engaged in this worse of a customer service! They should be ashamed of themselves.
So please be warned, don’t order it! I know I am not the only one here unfortunatly.

I have ordered Unbloat Me, All You Can Eat and Fit as F... I had high hopes for it, I didn't leave a review earlier as I wanted to finish at least one bottle to see if they work.
Unbloat Me - doesn't work for me, I'm still bloated.I tired taking it in the morning as preventive also after a meal, its same.
Fit as F.. -they make me go more to the toilet which is good.
All You Can Eat- I don't think i noticed something differently then before using it.

Overall, I would give Unbloat Me a 3-star review as I had high hopes, but it doesn't work for me; maybe it does for others. The other two are neither bad nor good so far. I will write an update later if I decide to give it another try and order more.

SCAM! I ordered in November 2023 and still have not received my order neither did I get a refund! Customer service is the worst they’re telling me to be patient. Its been 7 months!! Would not recommend and will definitely not order again.

Ordered 4 products on May 10th, did not receive them until June 4th. Less than a week later, I have been charged for my monthly reoccurring shipment. I go to the site to update my subscription and guess what, YOU CAN'T. There is nowhere on the site to update or cancel. I have emailed customer service to cancel the orders and my subscription but have yet to hear back. This business is dishonest AF.

The supplements themselves... nothing special so far, but it's only been 5 days. Seems like it's all a bunch of BS from professional scammers.

If I don't hear back from them by tomorrow I am requesting a charge back from my credit card company.

UPDATE: I did receive a response that next round of product already shipped and I will have to pay shipping to return them.

I also have figured out that "Unbloat me" is just a laxative.

Pass on this whole line. They are selling snake oil.

I received my package within a week. The tracking company kept me updated all along so really happy about that!

I was a little bit concerned because I red that for some people it took quite long to received them. But not my case!

As for the product, I’ve been takingt it for two days so I feel like it’s early to tell but so far I’ve noticed that it helped me going to the bathroom moore often.

I find a little bit expensive the final price. The product price itself I think it’s great but taxes+ delivery make it almost double the price.

But overall really happy. Would purchase again.

On may 11 I have purchased multiple products from this website. After couple of days I noticed that my order was simply canceled without any information. The charge on my account have posted, which I find extremely unprofessional and angering. This is not the first time I have experienced such issues with this company.
It took multiple days to receive refund. Imagine if you don’t check you account and don’t realize that someone charged you hundreds of dollars and did not deliver their product.

Can't even speak to the quality of the products...

I order these on the Black Friday sale, firstly was charged shipping fee when it was supposed to be free. Fine.

a month later I get a notice for £120 customs duty!! Now I know it is the customer's responsibility to pay the customs charge but I calculated the customs duty before purchasing and it should have been £34.

From the customs letter I learn that the items have not shipped from the US (as stated on their website) and they are also not shipped under the supplements and vitamins CIF product code (which you would expect). How can a customer do their own due diligence for their customs charges if they don't have the accurate information from the company to start with?

The company could not explain why the shipment origin info is incorrect on their website. They also ignored my questions about what product code they're actually shipping under (which is suspect...?)

Customer service is honestly shocking. When the company are clearly the ones misleading customers with incorrect information and yet they will not refund me despite the products having been sent back to the warehouse in December.

We ordered more of these bragged "wonder" stuff. For 3 persons!
In EU we paid customs duty on top of the shipping! We were not advised on this.

Super poor customer service!
Zero. Which is not ok in business !

Than we got pimples all over the body from using then. When we wrote to them,we never got a reply !

I do not trust this BS !
It is just manipulation, story after story made only by positive super evaluated customer reviews.
BUT WE ARE NOT ALL THE SAME AND THERE IS NOT ONE SIZE FITS ALL AND THEY AS A BIOHACKING "GATHERING of people " SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT prior to manipulating us to buy their wonder products !

Most products fine, but what is covering the benefits of using them is so poor customer service - actually none, cannot get on hold to anyone.
