It did work, and the smell is significantly better. I was dealing with cigarette smoke, but it was not 100%. I’m Basing it on a 24 hour period of time.

Two hours or less after I ordered room shock I found I did not need it. I could not cancel on line so I called your company. The gentleman who helped me left a message for his supervisor of this. I assumed cancelling would be easy as it is with other companies, apparently not!!!!! I will not order anything from you again!!!

I work in the multi-family housing industry and this product has saved the day numerous times.

Perfect product of the highest quality.

I followed exactly and precisely the very simple instructions, nothing really to get wrong there. Placed 2 of the containers into heavy smoker house (bad smoking for a long time inside) and animal smells. It absolutely removed zero smell, stinks after 24h / 48h exactly the same nasty as before. Wasted nothing but money.

Prompt attention to filling orders, excellent communication. Great products. I have 2 senior dogs. Can’t live without the liquid shocker.

I have not yet used your product but so far I'm very pleased with the timely shipping and well packaged product. If it works as claimed I will be very happy and will reccomend this product with no Bias.

What made my experience great is that the project actually worked and it worked tremendously would recommend it to anybody and everybody that needs to get rid of some kind of bad odor or smell

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and distress regarding a recent incident involving one of your products. I purchased the room shocker and diligently followed all provided instructions. However, upon adding water to the cup provided, the product emitted unexpectedly loud sounds similar to gunshots. As a result of this incident, my ears have been affected, leading to discomfort and potential tinnitus. The severity of the situation has prompted me to consider seeking medical assistance at the emergency room.

I am particularly troubled by the fact that there were no warnings or instructions provided about potential risks to one's hearing while using this product. The lack of caution regarding the potential harm that could be caused is concerning and unacceptable.

Product exploded a few moments after activation, spewing chemical everywhere. This happened despite the fact that we followed manufacturer instructions carefully.

Great product- works every time

My first application is working very well.

I was initially concerned with the slow delivery process and then when I received the product in a very lightweight box I was still concerned. However, the product worked great. The odor, which smelled like something had died in the car, is gone and smells fresh and clean. Thanks.

This is the second one I have used in my car. The first one helped but I could still smell cigarette smoke. I left the second one in the car for 2 days. It seems to be gone except a few days ago it was warmer than usual and I did detect a faint smoke odor yet. We are going into winter so I guess i will not know for sure until next summer if it is completely gone. I think I would like to do another one in the near future to make sure I get it all. What do you think?

Still haven’t received my order. Last tracking update was 10/7/24 from USPS that “a label has been created”. No answer from Biocide to my voicemail or email.

Have not received product yet.
