I sent money from my USD account to recharge my card. The money vanished and never reflected on my card. I immediately opened a ticket, and it's almost 24 hours, and no one has responded or tried to rectify the issue for me. This is frustrating.

no help, no support, 1000usd loss
Deposited 50 USDT, ordered card and used 25$ which was left after card issuance fee. After that I transferred 1000 USDT and exchanged them to USD to recharge my card, but money disappeared. Texted support, its either stupid AI bot which of course can not help, when redirected to human support, average response time is 12 hours, but it has been 16-17 hours, still no response. Tried calling them on the phone number that they have on website > Voicemail. Other numbers do not work as well. Received no email, no communication from them. Most likely they let you use small amounts and when you deposit more, they vanish with money. NOT ADVISING ANYONE TO USE THEIR SERVICES.

My card is blocked for 15 days and I keep getting the same "we are waiting for our finance team to resolve your issue". Their customer service is so slow it takes ages for them to answer and if something goes wrong you will probably have to wait months for a simple issue haha

It seems you may not be a genuine user, as you were asked to provide additional information such as your account email for issue investigation, but no response was given.
However, if there is a problem that has not yet been resolved, please contact BingCard’s online support so it can be reviewed.
Paid for the card but cant use for google pay
The platform lacks two-factor authentication (2FA), and adding the card to Google Pay doesn’t work because the verification is sent to the transaction under my account, which is not protected by 2FA. The Google Pay verification code was sent to their platform twice, but after that, no further codes were received, making it impossible to add the card to Google Pay. As a result, I cannot use the virtual card to pay merchants at all. The support team was unable to resolve the issue and instead suggested that I create a new Google account. I wasted $40 on a card that is neither secure nor usable, along with several days trying to fix the issue. Support has been unhelpful and is blaming Google for not allowing the verification code to be sent to their platform.

First and foremost, considering your claimed years of experience in the IT field, it would have been expected that you mention in your review that the amount you paid for the service was refunded to you — even though the card malfunctioned due to your own lack of awareness about its usage conditions.
Nonetheless, for the sake of transparency and providing useful feedback, we should clarify that BingCard, in order to maintain a no-KYC policy, does not collect users’ phone numbers or personal information.
When linking the card to Google Pay or Apple Pay, the verification code is sent to BingCard's public number. Each user can access only the verification code for their own card via the Card Transactions section.

My creditcard is getting declined everywhere after 3 orders that got completed. Also my funds are frozen. No support, only an AI chatbot.... Don't fall into this trap

It appears that your issue may be related to your card being frozen due to a high number of unsuccessful transactions. However, please rest assured that this should not affect your card's balance. Typically, the bank will unfreeze the card after a minor penalty fee and within a few days.
