I deposited funds into BingCard and initiated an internal wallet exchange from 38.25 USD to 37.487979 USDT on Aug 28, 2026.

The transaction has been stuck in 'Processing' status (Transaction ID: 6a91cf220006d3a85fe2) for hours with zero automatic completion.

I have already opened a formal support ticket and emailed management. I demand the finance team to manually review and approve this exchange so the 37.48 USDT balance is released to my wallet immediately.

Scammed me out of $200. I deposited BTC, converted to USD, then bought a card, which never worked. Payment declined, across a bunch of sites and shops. So I withdraw from the card, converted what little was left to USDT (only option to withdraw), which is now in "processing" for over a week. Opened several tickets, nothing. Consider this site a scam.

Hola no soy un bot mi reseña si es real, las tarjetas funcionan pero aveces hay errores y la empresa no responde adecuadamente por ellos. Sus tarjetas no tienen instrucciones de uso claras y ante los errores propios de sus sistemas tampoco hacen frente. Mi caso en particular aborda una quejda que procedo a explicar: Compre la tarjeta, le puse USDT y en los primeros pagos fue bien pero ultimamente anda fallando, cuando por ultima ves le recargue USDT para usar la tarjeta simplemente esta se bloqueo sola aun teniendo fondos suficientes dentro, el equipo de soporte me indicaba que era porque yo no tenia fondos, pero les envie con fotos y pruebas de que si los tenia ya aparece hora y fecha, sin embargo el desastroso equipo de atencion al cliente que tiene por integrante a SINDIJA que es el nombre que le pusieron a su servicio al cliente que mas parece un bot y los humanos que con los que tambien tuve contacto simplemente hacen de la vista gorda y no te dan solucion, pierdes los 69 USDT aproximadamente por cada tarjeta y encima la puedes usar pocas veces porque luego la bloquean, el sistema te obliga a comprar mas tarjetas cada ves como si sus comisiones no fueran abusivas ya, ni si quiera te dan un cupon de descuento cuando sus propias tarjetas fallan por sus propios sistemas mal diseñados, yo estuviera a cargo haria que este sistema sea hermoso pero su dueño al parecer solo quiere algo efimero como lucrar omitiendo informacion y estafando con cosas que claramente no cumple, esa tarjeta no duro los 3 años que promete la lading page de este proyecto.

La tarjeta sigue funcionando y esta bien para pagar, sin embargo le mantengo sus 2 estrellas porque aun no reponden de la tarjeta que esta empresa me robo, todos sus argumentos los puedo desmentir con fotos, algo que de por si deberian ver por sus sistemas y no quieren hacer.

Scammed me. Deposited $30 to get their virtual crypto debit card, didnt allow me since I was short on funds so I tried to withdraw. Couldnt withdraw USD directly so tried to exchange to USDT crypto. It has been stuck on processing for several hours and no response from support. If this issue isnt resolved I am reporting it to the FTC and all candian fraud agencies! take down this site.

They are not responding to the withdrawal problems, and I can not get my money back and I have screenshots from everything.
The cards get blocked without any reasons and they don't work most of the time.

The fee is very high and they never return money especially when you want to exchange between different currencies. The card provide from this service is also not reliable.

Watch out. Bingcard is fraud. Do not waste your money. Transferred money will not been shown in your wallet even if you see it on the blockchain. They steel it and will not give it back to you

I purchased a virtual card from #BingCard because I wanted to use it for a Claude subscription. However, the card was declined, so I decided to withdraw the remaining balance.

After I requested the withdrawal, it became stuck permanently and always shows “processing.” There is no real progress, and I cannot access my money. Even worse, the support button does not work, so there is no way to contact them properly or get help.

This has been a very frustrating experience. I paid for a service that did not work, and now my remaining balance is stuck. Based on my experience, I do not recommend #BingCard. It feels like a scam.

This platform drains users' money through multiple hidden fees with no prior notice. After all these deductions, I ended up with no card and no money. This is clear fraud. I strongly warn everyone to stay away from BingCard.

Scammers. After about 2 months of card use they failed to accredit my last USDT Deposit. The address and the network was right, as alway. But this time Bingcard decided to kept (stole) my money.

You will never be able to talk with a real agent by the way.

It has been stuck in "Processing" for 1.5 months. Support kept making excuses about a "finance team review" and now they completely ignore my messages.
