Not to be trusted.I spoke with them on the phone and confirmed that I was coming to buy a car; they did not inform me that someone else was coming; they knew I was on my way, and when I was 10 minutes away, they called to tell the car had been sold.My business is car transport.Now i just lost £50 because of them not knowing how to be fair on the business or racist(on my accent).I don't know but........

Thank you for a brilliant, friendly service and reassuring attention to detail – here’s why. Having seen a superb low mileage Land Rover Discovery Sport on the Binca website, we made contact and spoke with Haden, who prepared the car for us on a Saturday, giving us all the time we needed to look over and test drive the car. It was fabulous and an easy choice and we agreed to buy it and collect it on the following Tuesday. What happened next is the reason for this very positive feedback. On the morning we had arranged to collect the car, Haden phoned to say that an engine management caption had come on and that he had already taken the car to a Land Rover specialist who had immediately narrowed the fault to one of 2 sensors in the exhaust system. As a precaution, Haden had instructed the specialist to replace both sensors at considerable cost to Binca and the fault was cured. Then, when we first drove the car we realised that the SD card for the SATNAV was missing; they’re expensive and evidently people often remove them , mistakenly believing that they can re-use them in their new car. Haden instantly informed us that Binca would get a new one for us from Jaguar Land Rover and we now have it working perfectly in our Discovery. We are delighted and from the exceptional support we have had, we can recommend Binca with absolute confidence. Nick

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Arranged to go and see a car. All parties agreed a date and time. Travelled 120 miles to be told that they couldn't get the car for me to see! Run by kids and are complete amateurs. Avoid at all cost.

Bought a car yesterday for son at university. Harry was very helpful about what would be a good buy. Needed one with a small engine and low insurance cost and which will last 3 years. It was well priced and its condition matched the advert. Thoroughly recommend them.

Travelled 375 miles to visit this trader, they asked me 25 pounds to test drive a car, dropped me the keys, no one came no one to talk to no one care about - car was faulty they could tell me before i came all the way ... i would not recommend this trader
