Yeah customer service is a joke, these people know nothing about car suspension, constantly ringing and emails to no avail, they must have plenty of money because clearly they do not want my return custom, I think I will go with the likes of Gaz next time see if they want my hard earned cash.

The team were ready, willing and able to help on a difficult project. Top work!

VERY! VERY GODLY GREAT!

Just had the 5100 series installed on my Jeep which has a 4" lift and had some death wobble and suspension issues. Did the job and everything works great but the one issue I did have prompted me to call customer service and that's where everything came to a halt. Justin was not friendly or pleasant to speak to. Luckily I was able to have issue resolved back at the service shop that installed them and overall have to say that regardless of the rudeness, the product works great.

Very nice shocks, excellent ride.

Excellent communication, clear information on what was in stock when no one else could deliver. Arrived in USA, very fair shipping prices, original boxes, high quality. Super.

Placed order since last August. Haven’t receive it. Many excuses. Now, email that I regularly contact with is not working.

No delivery date given at time of order. Tried to cancel but emails bounce back. No phone number. A lot of wasted effort.
No they are on the way out to me a week after I ordered them. I STILL DON’T WANT THEM!

Update. Following my review I got an instant refund. Thanks.

I want to suggest about packing: individual packing of shocks not sealed, due to this package opened during handling in transit, here the screws may lost but that not happened in my case.
I received my shocks in good excellent condition

Poor quality, shocks failed w/in 3000 miles. Customer service denied our claim because we told them we went to Joshua Tree National Park and drove on one of their old dirt road. They said off-roading is excluded and "abuse" of the product. Do yourself a favor and buy anything else.

Incorrect Item sent and price is 80% CHEAPER.

I have ordered Bilstein B12 Pro Kit however i received BILSTEIN B8. The price of the item i ordered is 80% HIGHER than the items that i have received.

Until today there is no solution if i should return the items and get refund. Or return the items and get the correct replacement.

I was able to get my shocks from them when no one else had them available. 6 months of searching with no luck but these guys had been it. Price was a bit over the others but at least they had availability.
