Thank you, Zain
Thank you to Zain, who was my driving instructor in the south Birmingham area, for teaching me how to drive.
I lost my confidence as a driver after another driving instructor, at a different driving school, essentially told me I wouldn’t ever be able to drive.
Zain was able to rebuild my confidence with a patient and adaptable approach.
This helped me to make steady progress in each lesson and ultimately led to me passing my driving test first time.
I would thoroughly recommend him as an instructor to anyone in the Birmingham area.

Driving lessons with Adam Anwar
When I booked my lessons I was apprehensive about driving and not really that keen to drive, I just wanted the benefits of being able to drive.
But quickly under the tutelage of Adam Anwar I found myself loving driving. He’s not only an incredible teacher who can put across instructions in an easy to understand way, knows when to adapt the difficulty of lessons , guide you to answers rather than just giving them, positively reenforces you, knows when you’re struggling/needing a break. He can make it a fun enjoyable experience as well.
He’s also incredibly welcoming, friendly, enthusiastic, reassuring and very easy to get on with. I was surprised to learn I was one of his first students, I assumed he must have been doing it for years. He’s born to teach.
I could run out of adjectives describing how happy I am with Adam as my instructor and I will miss our lessons. Luckily I’ve not only passed my driving test, I’ve gained a lifelong friend.
I feel very lucky to have been randomly assigned Adam as my instructor and if you have the opportunity to choose him I couldn’t recommend him more.

I would love to comment on the instructors'ability to teach, however despite I got in touch with them a month ago, they haven't been able to sort a teacher. Even when I asked for a refund, I was told I would have been called back, but yet two days have passed.
After the 5th call in less than a month, they have finally said they will be able to refund me.
If the teaching is similar to the service I have received, I would suggest to stay away.

Hi Silvia,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're very sorry to hear about the frustration and disappointment you've experienced.
We completely understand your concerns. After contacting us a month ago, it is reasonable to expect that either a suitable instructor would be found or that clear communication would be provided throughout the process. We appreciate how frustrating it must have been to make multiple calls, wait for promised callbacks that did not materialise, and then have to chase an update regarding your refund request.
We're also sorry that it took several contacts before confirmation was provided that your refund would be processed. Communication and customer service are extremely important to us, and it's clear that in your case we fell short of the standards we aim to deliver.
While instructor availability can vary by area, we recognise that the delays and lack of updates you experienced understandably left you with a negative impression of our service.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for bringing your experience to our attention. Your feedback will be shared with the relevant team for review.
Kind regards,
