Really really bad. I organise events and decided to try Billetto after a recommendation. Worst decision ever. Not only did it take them over a month to pay out my money (despite cliaming it would take 3-4 days). I had to constantly chase them to even get a reply about what was going on and often they would simply stop replying. Finally received my money after 1,5 month but this is among the absolute worst experiences I've had. Never ever again.

I arrange events, and i can say i wouldnt recommend billetto to my worst enemy.

Absolutely horrible company and platform.

For 2 consecutive month, their billetto advertising function has failed to upload ads in the correct format.

And guess what? All the ad creatives are uploaded on THEIR OWN PLATFORM!

Its literally drag and drop. you'd expect the ad formats to be correct when using 50% of ticket sales function.

I hope this company goes bankrupt, because its one of those cases where the company gives zero importance to reputation.

And it backfires, with customers that has had bad experiences and writes bad reviews.

PS: If i could upload all the images from their ad function, you'd be in for a comedy show.

And their SEO function is from 1999.

Its one of those instances where one says:

Viele persönliche Daten, wie Telefonnummer und Adresse müssen angegeben werden, obwohl die nicht gebraucht werden. Tickets können nicht ins Google Wallet übernommen werden.

Man muss ein Konto für den Kauf erstellen, wird Newslettern hinzugefügt, obwohl man das abgelehnt hat und zahlt dubiose Ticketgebühren

I think itś crazy to ask Money for a remembrance sms; actually the Costa for bring a ticket is already Crazy…..

So: at a ticket price of 10€ 36% on top is simply too much.
Just tell in advance what the charges are and not only in the course of booking!
Highly discouraged and disappointed.

I got charged a full ticket price but kept getting an error message stating that I had an "invalid order state." It ended up wasting a lot of time and causing frustration. This is terrible UX.

Despite the fact that there was a deadline by 6 p.m. there was already no ticket available any more. The page was packed with all kinds of other announcements which made it difficult to get orientation. And there was no explanation how the booking would have worked if it had still been possible and why it was no longer possible.

Man kauft sich Tickets installiert die dazugehörige App zum Speichern der Tickets und dann kann man sie dennoch nicht dort speichern. Technik die begeistert. Nicht.

Alles bestens: unkomplizierte Kaufabwicklung sowie sofortiger Erhalt der Tickets.

Beim Buchen kam unter der Rubrik « Rückerstattungsschutz » trotz Anklicken des notwendigen Feldes keine weitere Info dazu. Kann man sich sparen, bei den ausgewiesenen Sachverhalten hat man sicher eh keinen Nerv mehr für Unterhaltungsveranstaltungen.
Gebühren für SMS bzgl. Buchung oder reminder finde ich unangemessen.

Es ist schlicht eine Unverschämtheit, auf den Ticketpreis noch einmal eine zusätzliche willkürliche "Ticketgebühr" von 10 Prozent zu schlagen. Bei rein digitaler Abwicklung. Dass die Gebühren für Bestätigungs-SMS und Erinnerungs-SMS mit je 2 Euro auch mehr als satt sind, ist ein anderes Thema, denn den Unsinn braucht ja normalerweise niemand. Ärgerlich wäre es nur für den, der übersieht, bei der Bestellung die jeweiligen Häkchen zu deaktivieren.
