Goede service, na, 2 mislukte bestellingen met hulp van eigenaar Pavel toch een fiets voor mijn zoontje besteld! 1e bestelling betaald maar door dat verkoper eenfiets verkocht die er niet was, en een andere probeerde aan te smeren geannuleerd en binnen enkele dagen geld terug gestort, 2e bestelling weer beetje zelfde verhaal, nu kwam de eigwnaar Pavel kwam snel in actie en heeft ervoor gezorgd dat er nu een fiets geleverd gaat worden die aan de, wensen van mijn zoontje van 6 voldoen! Sommige verkopers maken er een zootje van, maar daar is de eigenaar van bikefair ook mee bezig
Al met al wel hele goede afhandeling, als goed is vandaag of morgen levering van de bestelde 20 inch fiets voor mijn zoontje

Ik kende bikefair niet, maar ik ben dik tevreden over de fiets, de levering en de afhandeling en communicatie, ze zijn telefonisch te bereiken, wat ik een groot voordeel vindt, klein nadeel: dat de communicatie in t Engels is.
Dus helemaal top!!

Onlangs heb ik via Bikefair een zo goed als nieuwe vouwfiets gekocht. Ik ben er enorm blij mee! Het is zo handig ook. Veel winkels plaatsen hun tweedehandse fietsen niet of beperkt op hun eigen site en laten je naar de winkel komen. Bikefair maakt het mij erg makkelijk, want naast particulieren bieden ook winkels hun fietsen via deze site aan. Alles verliep ook netjes, soepel en klantgericht. Bikefair is een volmondige aanrader!!

Very happy to stumble upon these guys! The process was very easy, I have the guarantee that the bike was not stolen and the payment is secure! When I placed my first order, the seller dis not respond in 4 days and, since the money was not at the seller yet, I was able to cancel my order with only one click. Second bike order is now complete and I am currently enjoying it thanks to these guys!

The website looks really nice and everything is straightforward. I got a really nice bike with a very reasonable price.

Overall, ordering a bike through the website was easy. Advice is available to determine precisely the size one needs. They also provide useful accessories at a decent price. There was only a slight hiccup as I ordered the delivery service for my bicycle before testing it (as the store selling the bicycle was not delivering to my area) and the system doesn't deal super well with that particular case, but the customer support team was very proactive and solved the issue for me.

I'm happy with my experience! I got the bike delivered to me by the shop and they waited patiently so I could try it for a few minutes! Happy to have the site available in English as well.

Ben zó super blij met me nieuwe fiets, had het vorig jaar al willen kopen, maar heb te lang getreuzeld, en toen ik besloten had om te kopen waren ze uitverkocht, maar gelukkig kreeg ik een bericht dat ze er weer waren, dus ik heb niet meer getreuzeld, en heb gelijk gekocht, de service was uitstekend, ben heel goed geholpen, ik ben heel tevreden, bedankt BikeFair.
