I'm happy with the site and the set up they offer. It looks good. But, I have to promote myself. so it's not like being on Etsy or Ebay, where everybody would already go there to look for my products.
Also, I put 5 pictures of each item, but the site doesn't make it clear that there is more than the main picture, so unless that picture grabs you, you wouldn't click on the item and see more pictures.

Using Big cartel has been huge for me it makes selling my items very easy it connects to my shipping platform very well and I've had excellent customer support. The price is very fair and I'm completely happy with my experience.

Love using them it is super easy to setup your listing, it's a monthly cost not by sale but monthly. If you want to keep most of your profit I recommend only using PayPal but if you turn on Stripe there is more options for customers to pay but it will cut from your budget not through Big Cartel but from that 3rd party. This is one of my number one App to run my home based kpop shop.

The web application works, it is effective at updating my shop as I edit and also as my clients make purchases. I like that I can post new classes or items quickly and also edit or reuse listings periodically. I have used big cartel since 2020 and as a small shop, selling to my own local area, I like that I can simply keep a small shop that isn’t overly complicated or built for major retailers.

The integrations are fluid and seamless - this improves the power of this platform for your business tenfold.
