Our guide Liam was the best. He was very interactive, engaging and informative. He helped to make our first trip to Paris a memorable experience.

Great way to get around to the sites. Live commentary was great!

Merci pour ces deux trajets bleu et rouge qui m'ont permis de découvrir ou re-découvrir les monuments et places les plus impressionnants de paris.
Juste 1 bémol en changeant de bus entre les deux trajets je souhaitais allez aux toilettes et là peu de sourires à l'accueil bigbus et surtout pas fé toilettes ! J'ai du allé de 1 café à côté

If your time in Paris is limited this will help you see a lot of it. If you are visiting for longer I would recommend instead planning around visiting each spot you are interested in individually,

Leider waren einige Kopfhöherbuchsen defekt.

Attente très longue. Et jusqu'à 3 bus en même temps après 3/4 d'heure d'attente.
Bus complet en bas alors qu'il pleut à l'étage.
Personnel pas agréable.
Rv visite raté.

Great but expensive. Highly recommended if you want to see as much as you can of Paris quickly. That said, they do charge pretty steep prices.

J’ai apprécié la formule hop on hop off et les informations transmises en cours de parcours.
Toutefois sur le parcours de jeudi 3 octobre, le bus s’est arrêté pendant plusieurs minutes. Lorsque je suis descendu pour voir ce qui se passait, il avait eu un accrochage avec une voiture et le chauffeur était en train de compléter le constat d’accident.
J’aurais apprécié qu’il nous informe

We arrived at our start location & had to wait about 5 minutes for the bus to arrive - the app was useful to show the bus location.
The tour itself was great & the audio was entertaining & informative. We completed the red route in full which gave us a great overview of the city to get our bearings. As we went quite late in the day, we were told that we could also use the ticket for the blue route the following day - unfortunately we were unable to take advantage of this, but it was a lovely offer.
The heavens opened within a few minutes of being on board, but the guide had some poncho’s which were very welcome.
The bus however was filthy & there was rubbish everywhere, it would be nice if someone could keep an eye on this throughout the day.

Very disappointed service. The buses were due every 10-15 minutes but we gave over an hour waiting at l'opera in the morning and 40 to 50 minutes waiting at some stops as we had three small children with us and only one day to see the city this didn't happen. The lack of information from Big Bus was again very disappointing. drivers were helpful but after waiting so long at some of the stops when the bus finally showed up it was already full so we ended up walking a lot. We spent over 100euro on tickets but ended up taking taxis to get us around. When we made our way to the Big Bus office the morning after on our way to the airport looking for a refund to be told you need to go online and explain your case as there was a quie on the office all looking for refunds again this should have been made easy. Terrible service and will be advising people to not use your company. We were also told that some of the streets were closed on Monday but City Sightseeing tour buses were passing our every few minutes and at one stop there driver even stopped and let us onto his bus were we didn't have a pass for. Hats off the him as he could see we were distressed.

Friendly staff ! enjoyed it

It was a great experience, my family and I had great time, we had the opportunity to see and visit most of the attractions, excellent service, comfortable and worth it. Recommend specially if you have few days to visit.

También nos ha sido muy útil la App del móvil para poder visualizar la ruta i ver el recorrido del bus en tiempo real.
