Det var en en de dårligste tour bus vi har prøvet. Audio i bussen var i stykker ved vores sæder og personalet var ligeglade og uengageret. Der var alt for meget musik og for lidt reel information om seværdighederne. Meget lang tid mellem afgange - den blå linje kørte kun hver anden time. Ikke pengene værd.

Took the Christmas lights tour was very informative

Dreadful experience in Bath. Booked a family ticket. Bus stops badly signposted so no indication of whether the stop is for the Skyline or city tour. We waited half an hour past the timetabled arrival, in the cold with my elderly mum and two autistic children. No bus came by this point so we gave up. Avoid.

Excelente servicio. Muy buen recorrido por lo mejor de París, ideal para tener una visión general de la ciudad. Aproveché la promo combinada con el barco por el Sena y fue un acierto. Puntuales, organizados y con muy buena atención. Lo recomiendo sin dudar.

2 jours avec TOOTBUS à Londres. Fonctionnement intermittent de l’appli sur les lignes bleue et jaune. Le dépliant est plutôt succinct pour se repérer. De plus le fonctionnement de la ligne verte était suspendu quand on a voulu l’utiliser. Enfin, attente de 25 mn sur un quai glacial pour la croisière d’où notre renoncement. Bref que de la déception…

Merveilleuse traversée avec M Khalifa qui nous a permis de découvrir un Paris lumineux et mémorable, on vous remercie mille fois !!

Overall a nice route and enjoyable sights but pretty expensive and bad app and audio guide.
Hop on and off would be better if more stops were offered. 2 times that the bus just stopped for 15 minutes without explanation.
If you don’t have much time and don’t know Paris it’s alright but pricy. Otherwise you are better off with public transport.

Very poor and do not recommend.
You learn little if anything from the audio guide bar the personal experiences of the speaker :,who is interested in these?
Also the English audio kept going wrong and was interrupted by other languages

Not the tourist experience I wanted when visiting London

I'm a single dad traveling with 2 young children (4&6) I booked Toot-bus for a recent 3 day trip in London and booked a hotel along one of their routes (Green). After trying to navigate their awful UI interface on their app, I decided just to walk to the bus stop to get the bus. On arrival a rival member of staff informed me that the green route only ran in the morning and late afternoon. None during the day. Pretty useless for a hop-on hop-off bus service. Apparently that information is on their site, but it's not made obvious and actually reads as though the service is hourly throughout the day. It's not... no buses between 11am and 3 pm (laughable). Every hop-on hop-off service I've ever used before runs throughout the day. Not TOOT-BUS!!!

Luckily I explained my predicament to a rival company (use - CITY SIGHTSEEING instead) and they took pity on me and said that it was a common occurrence. They charged me for one day and gave me two free... and guess what... their buses run throughout the day, really regularly and to all major attractions. In fact there were a few other firms that I saw many buses of. There's definitely not as many toot-buses around and they are a waste of money in my opinion. DON'T BOOK.

Pour commencer nous avons voyagé pendant la grève des métros, ce qui a occasionné des retards et j'en suis consciente mais mes mésaventures étaient indépendantes de ces grèves. Cependant j'ai eu des déconvenues:
- le 10/09 je vois passer des bus concurrents (big bus, hop on hop off, ... selon les compagnies même 2 de la même enseigne). Je demande alors aux 3 commerciaux des 3 compagnies de bus (celui de tootbus n'y était pas) si tootbus travaille ou pas, 2 minutes plus tard le premier bus a fini par arriver
- la 11/09, j'embarque dans le bus bleu à hauteur de Trafalgar square à 18h30, le chauffeur me dit que c'est le dernier tour, par contre il ne fait pas tout la tour mais s'arrête à Victoria Station..... Pour vous dire, notre hotel est à Bayswater. Je suis à Londres avec ma mère de 75 ans ! La veille le dernier bus nous avait acheminé bien plus tard ! C'est tout simplement inadmissible de laisser les touristes comme cela en plan ! D'autant plus qu'à notre arrivée vers l'hôtel un bus de Hopp On Hop Off cerculait toujours. J'ai manifestement choisi la pire compagnie à Londres, la moins sérieuse !

Les chauffeurs ont été sympas sauf 2-3. Un qui ne voulait pas prendre mon pass et après avoir regardé de pres s'esdt rendu compte qu'il était bel et bien valide, sans s'en excuser !
Nous avions pris un forfait pour 3 jours.

Had an awful experience with this company. With diversions in place the day we completed our tour, parts of the tour were re-routed. There were no representatives at the stops which were affected to advise where to go once you jumped off to explore the area. So we ended up stranded in the middle of London with no sign of a bus and no one to direct us where to go. In the end up we had to order an Uber to get us back to our hotel.

The bus went in circles for almost an hour, we missed the landmarks that the tour claims to see i.e. Buckingham Palace, The Shard, Tower Bridge, Big Ben, Parliment building. We paid a lot of money to be driven around in circles and then the driver had thr audacity and stopped to advise he is off shift so we need to get onto another bus. What a waste of money and time. Total rip off.

Llevamos dos días usando Toot Bus y la experiencia ha sido pésima. En todo este tiempo solo hemos podido hacer un trayecto completo. Los tiempos de espera son interminables, completamente desorganizados y frustrantes.

La línea verde pasa una vez por hora (¡una hora!), y la línea azul, supuestamente más frecuente, apenas pasa cada 30 minutos... cuando pasa. En varios momentos, las paradas estaban llenas de gente esperando durante muchísimo tiempo, sin ninguna información clara ni asistencia.

Hemos pagado 80€ por un servicio que no cumple con lo que promete. Es un auténtico timo. No hay derecho a ofrecer una experiencia turística tan deficiente por ese precio. Total falta de organización y respeto al cliente.

No volvería a contratarlo y no lo recomiendo a nadie.

My day with Toot Bus was a complete DISASTER.
On August 6th and after 20 minutes waiting for our first bus, the Toot Bus employee at the stop told us there were only 2 buses running that day.
When it finally arrived after 40 minutes it was a STAMPEDE !
The bus was already quite full and most of the people waiting, probably 25/30 by this time, did not get on.
During the 40 minute wait 4 Big Bus buses came by & picked up tourists at the same stop.
After our first stop at Buckingham Palace we waited another 35 minutes and no Toot Bus arrived....
during this time we saw another 3 Big Bus buses stop & pick up more tourists...
It was already 1.00pm by this time, we saw our day melting away at bus stops so we decided to walk the Toot Bus route.
During our walk we only saw 2 Toot buses all afternoon & many other buses from different companies, mostly Big Bus...
Toot Bus refused to offer me any compensation for my problems and only replied with false information to justify no compensation.
I would advise anyone planning a bus tour of London to avoid Toot Bus and book with another company, Big Bus for example, who have many more buses on the route and seem to be much better organised.

Used Tootbus in Bath - Kai was so helpful and really good with passengers with needs, went the extra mile to make our day much easier.

La audioguía da muy poca información y está más enfocada a un público de Madrid que al público en general. Gran parte del tiempo no se dice nada, fuera de tiempo (por decirlo antes del sitio o por hacerlo a posteriori). La app es difícil de utilizar, no da información confiable de los autobuses en tiempo real. Las rutas azul y amarilla tienen un tiempo de paso de autobús más o menos normal. En la verde pasa un autobús cada hora. Algo a tener en cuenta....

Avoid Tootbus London at all costs

This is hands down one of the worst tourist services I’ve ever experienced in London. The advertised bus stops are a complete joke — half of them don’t function, there’s no signage, no staff, and no indication of when or if a bus will arrive. You could be left waiting for ages with no idea what’s going on.

The buses themselves are ancient, noisy, and uncomfortable, running on what sounds like prehistoric diesel engines that vibrate the whole vehicle and spew fumes. If you’re expecting a pleasant sightseeing ride, forget it — it’s a polluting, rattling mess.

Customer service is non-existent. There’s no one to contact, and if you do manage to reach someone, don’t expect any help. It's as if they know how bad the experience is and have given up trying to defend it.

The only thing Tootbus does well is marketing. Slick ads and attractive promises lure you in, but it’s a classic bait and switch. Once you’ve paid, you’re on your own, stuck with a substandard experience that doesn’t come close to what’s advertised.

Save your time and money. There are far better operators in London — or just take a regular double-decker and use Google Maps. Tootbus is a total ripoff.

The Toot Bus around Paris is apparently the cheapest and easiest way to get around Paris in the day time, goes past the Eiffel Tower twice on the day route. BUT the night tour is a waste of money goes past the Eiffel Tower before it gets dark so the same as the day route. Then just goes down lots of back streets to see people drinking and eating outside and does go past the Moulin Rouge in the dark to see that lit up, BUT really really disappointed there isnt a road they can go down to see the Eiffel Tower lit up very disappointing!
