Please the bus is very dated . You are in US and not in third world country . I did ride the bus . I have to say Miami is beautiful and the sight seen with stops and staff are all great . Please take these buses off from Miami roads now and use other brand new modern buses . Please listen . Thank you and appreciate it

Great way to see the City in a short time. The guides were very well informed and pointed out places of interest. Easy to get on and off to explore on your own.

Es una buena opcion para conocer algunas parts de miami, pero no pasa cerca de atracciones importantes como el seaquarium, ni jungle island, los guias son muy amables

It was a good experience. Buses were on time and the app helped locate them.

Buses run regularly and timings are very good. Buses are in good condition and comfortable and offer good views from the top deck. Some of the guides are better than others with information and attitude....maybe we were just unlucky with one young man who was coming close to his "break" as he stated, but he was quite curt with a passenger who hadn't noticed their stop. However overall a good experience and one we would do again.

Great views of Downtown Miami and the Beach strip and Got some great footage from our trip. Our tour guide Ramon was the best. He gave a little bit of everything from some of his own personal experiences in life to all the rich history of the downtown area. He even provided some ponchos before it started to pour. It only lasted for about 5 mins like he said, but his thoughtfulness impressed me.

Currently sat on one of the big buses for Miami and can honestly say I cannot wait to get off!
Purchased a hop on hop off experience with built in luggage and transfer to the airport to end my vacation. The bus that collected me from the port was running 1hr past the advertised start time, we then got transferred to the central station to change buses to do’the tour’....do not do the Miami Beach tour unless you are particularly fond of hotels because that’s all you see!
Got off at Lincoln Road to do some shopping. We were told to ensure we make our transfer to the airport we needed to be back at central station for 12:30 with a 13:00pm departure. The bus we tried to get on broke down, there was no replacement we just had to wait for the next service which are 40mins apart. We were going to miss the transfer time completely because they don’t have enough buses to cope with mechincal problems. The drivers ride their breaks causing an uncomfortable journey from start to finish.
When the next bus eventually arrived transfers thankfully took priority but were rammed into the bus. Upon return to central station the driver crushed a passenger in the bus doors and continued reversing when passengers were trying to get off.
The luggage storage system worked well.
Th transfer at 13:00 didn’t leave until 13:30, and that bus had mechanical problems where the doors wouldn’t not close correctly delaying our delparture further.
Overall a terrible experience. I do not recommend any of this company!!

Ivory was our guide and 305 was the driver and they were great. Ivory really knew his history and very kind.

Very good experience, but the times between buses is very long. We spent one hour waiting for it

Bus was driven far to fast, driver was shouting at other drivers out the window. Worst bus tour by far, avoid!

Enjoyed tour and the would recommend the hop on and hop off feature is great.

Was looking forward to our BigBus Tour of South Beach, but unfortunately our experience was not good. How can a tour bus in Miami, Florida not have air conditioning?? I obviously realized that the outside deck would be warm, but when older members of our group wanted to be downstairs inside, it was stifling hot! We got off the bus at the second stop. Not as expected or advertised. Terrible waste of $170!!!!!

Very interessting tour and very friendly staff.
But the busses are really old. Sometimes the headphones don‘t work, so you have to look for another seat. Some seats are loose. So for that the ticket was a bit too expensive.

Schlechteste Bustour die ich jemals gemacht habe - und ich war schon in einigen Städten! Haltestellen wurden nicht angesagt bzw. auch gar nicht erst angehalten. Beim Nachfragen wo wir warten sollen für die andere Route wurde uns der falsche Ort genannt, so das der Bus ohne uns abfuhr. Unterwegs wurden falsche Audioinfos eingespielt - waren mitten in einer grünen Oase - erzählt wurde etwas vo einem blauen Hochhaus, welches auch noch das höchste sein soll. Als wir dem Busfahrer mitteilten wollten an welcher Haltestation wir gerne aussteigen wollten wurden wir nur abgetan wir sollen weiterlaufen, es wollen noch mehr Leute einsteigen und als wir während der Fahrt den Tourguide fragten (welcher nur an seinem Mobilephone rumspielte) wurden wir wieder sehr unfreundlich zusammengestaucht und schliesslich hielt der Bus in mitten von Miami - zum Glück gibt es Google Maps! Würde nächtes Mal lieber auf eigene Faust oder mit dem öffentlichen Bus die Stadt erkunden - kommt auch billiger!

Look for an alternative tour. We had used Old Town Trolley hop on, hop off in Boston, Savannah and Key West and thought this would be similar. The guides were not well trained and difficult to hear. The pre-recorded audio tour was better. The bus was not air conditioned, making it necessary to ride on top which was extremely windy on highways, subjected people to branches from trees (several people were hit), and in Little Havana, the overhead phone wires were at about neck level when boarding and disembarking. Overall, I found it to be periodically unsafe, not terribly informative and of no entertainment value.

We were on 3 different busses. The first bus the employee looked so miserable being there and his commentation was almost painful to listen to. The second guy was the best one however he didn't sit where he should have near the Mic and sat across the way which meant he took up 4 seats instead of two. My husband and I couldn't sit together because of this and the bus was full. He was really good and seemed to love his job. The third and last bus was horrible. The guy never spoke a word to anyone and the one time he did was to tell us about the branches. He was on his cell phone texting and doing whatever else. He couldn't be bothered with talking on the mic and making the trip a better experience for us. Three buses, 3 different workers- the 2nd one we'd give him a 3 star and the others a 1 star.

A nice and comfortable way to see Miami but on the App I downloaded on my phone the stops were shown in the wrong place and I had to look around and ask to locate the proper spot in Miami Beach.
