This is absolutely the worst Hop On Off bus company every!! First there was NO air on the full bus, it was 100 degrees outside! The only person that had air was the driver! Ridiculous!! The company didn't apologize or offer another bus!! The lady at Bayside Market was hateful and rude to people trying to get on the bus!! There were about 10 people who got off and she kept screaming at the people the bus was full and they would have to wait another 30 minutes for the next bus! Again, that is ridiculous to be so hateful and rude, eapecially when there were OPEN seats!! The last straw was when we had to call a Lyft to get us back to Bayside in time to get our ride to the airport! We arrived at Stop 7 at 1:20. We were told the bus would pick us up at 1:30. After waiting until 1:50, we decided to do Lyft. By the time our ride picked us up at 2:10, there still wasn't a Big Bus in sight!! Absolutely unacceptable! I will post this review on as many platforms as I can to make people aware of the horrible customer service, attitudes, and time management!! What a waste of money!!!

We bought 4 overpriced tickets for Miami tour. We brought our two little girls, 4 and 8. Really excited to go on the bus. We were there for the first pick-up in the morning and the bus was full. The driver said it would be 20 minutes for the next ride, but it took 45 and that bus was full too and so was the third bus. Very unpleasant and clearly over stressed drivers. This is a clear scam. Customer Service chat took over 30 minutes and they tried to convince me to accept an additional day (for a tour you can never get on, really?!?) and then a voucher for any coming trip (really? For a vendor I never want to use again?!?). Then they escalated it for a refund and it will take 24 - 48 hours before I hear back again. Total scam and our last day of vacation was ruined and we have two extremely sad and disappointed girls. Absolutely unacceptable- shame on you!

Total shambles. They say there is a bus every 30 mins.

They took us to Little Havana, which took 20 mins from the pervious stop, that was ok. However after visiting for just less then an hour we returned to the bus stop.

We were then stuck there waiting at the bus stop for nearly 2 hours. They only had 2 buses showing on their tracking app, none coming our way. We eventually had to get an Uber to get us out of their.

AVOID or skip the Little Havana.

This has by far been the most terrible and unfriendly bus travel I‘ve EVER experienced. They are as far away from professionality as the south pole from the north pole. The workers behave like absolute beginners in what they‘re doing and the don‘t appreciate you as a customer. They‘re friendly until they recieved the payment for the tour. Afterwards they behave like ******, absolutely ignorant and annoyed. If you don‘t need to do the sightseeing tour with big bus Miami, don’t do it! Choose someone else.

On top, the bus has got NO climate system and it’s so hot outside. If you don’t get a seat at the roof, you‘ll be cooked like a nice spaghetti. Wow, this is a bad bad company.

Our buses had no air-conditioning and no windows to open in the lower level! It was a sauna in there! I saw a response to another review that said the reviewer could have just waited for the next bus! What nonsense! This just made for more people from previous stops on the next bus and no room on the next bus. The company should have brought in another bus.
The driver said we could only take a headset if we were doing the entire loop in 1 trip, so no hopping off if we wanted to listen to the recorded info.
Based on other hop-on-hop-off experience in multiple countries, this was the worst ever and a total waste of money! We ended up taking an Uber from Little Havana to South Beach and the driver pointed out many things. No more Big BUST for us!

trip on old and dirty buses, 2 stops very boring 1 in a Cuban restaurant (30 minutes) 2 in a Cuban neighborhood, there is absolutely nothing to do or see there.
The cruise takes place on an old ship on which participation in TIMESHARE is offered, do not be fooled in their timeshare lottery, they will sell your personal information

We waht verre long off de bus , op internet staan ver keerde prijzen voor 2 personen is het 104 euro . De andere bussen zijn veel meer aan wezig. Bij boeken zeiden ze dat er 16 bussen rijden niet dus bij een halte meer als een uur moeten wachten zeer vervelend,

We were very disappointed, because we waited very long for the bus.
We couldn't hop on the first bus because it was overcrowded.
Afterwards we waited for one hour till the next bus arrived.
So it wasn't possible to visit lots of sights. We have very good experiences in other big cities with Big Bus, but in Miami we can't recommend it. Probably they sell too many tickets for only less buses.

Dk 800 kr. ved Biscayne BLVD. Vi spørger om det hop af på. Ja det var det, og spørger hvor lang tid svar 24 timer. Vi kører et stop og står af ved Miami Beach. Da vi skal på igen. Kan vi ikke finde nogle stop steder og vi ikke på det kort vi har fået. Der står kun ruten. Vi spørger flere steder ingen hjælp af få.
Vi finder et sted de sælger billetter til busen og damen siger den sidste bus er kørt kl er 16.00.
Hun viser os at der står på billet at sidste bus er kl 16 og billet kun er 4 timer.
Det er svineri ud over alle grænser. Vi kunne have kørt i taxa frem og tilbage for de penge.
Køb ikke billet hos dette svindel firma. Lokal busser er gratis i Miami

5 hour trip 3 hours driving. Arrived at Everglades park, 30 mins waiting around. Nothing organised, nothing coordinated. It was literally like a random gug decided to drive the bus and see what happens.
Waste of a day of the holiday.

Missed the bus because driver took off minutes before it was scheduled to. Frustrating to see the bus taking off before scheduled from the distance. If anything, driver should allow a couple minutes after scheduled time before taking off. No refund by Big Bus provided. Frustrating!

Bought tickets through Viator for the everglades tour leaving Miami beach at 9am. Arrived 15 minutes early, the driver scanned our ticket (which clearly said 9am) and said our bus left at 8.30am. We were then provided with a receipt which said our bus was at a completely different time again (9.05am) in a completely different location. Absolutely shocking. If I don't get a full refund I will be leaving negative reviews everywhere for this company.

Très cher même si le parcours est grand ! 100 $ pour 2 adultes. De plus … les 30 minutes de d’attente entre chaque bus se transforment en presque 1 heure d’attente en cas de gros trafic dans Miami ! À 17 h … plus d’arrêt !!! Sympa quand on attend depuis 45 minutes et que l’on voit 2 bus rentrer au dépôt grâce à l’application… !!! Prenez le trolley … c’est presque gratuit partout et le passage est régulier !!! À refaire ??? Non !!!

We went on the Everglades tour today with driver Santiago, what a nice guy who looked after all of his passengers so well and his humour kept us all on our toes.
The trip was very good however the Miami traffic and getting us there was a nightmare but this was out of control of the tour company.
My only negative comment would be the guy who was taking our names, getting us to sign a disclaimer and issuing wristbands was not at all approachable or user friendly, this was a shame as he is frontline for the company.
Over all not a bad experience . Thank you😁

Enligt reklamen ska företaget kunna ta upp passagerare efter HELA Collins Avenue. Det gör de inte utan hänvisar till Lincoln Street dit man får ta sig själv.
Den 28/12 2023 skulle vi, ett sällskap på 4 personer åka på en endagstur till Key West.
Vi kom till Key Largo där fick chauffören nog och vände åter till Miami Beach för det regnade in I bussen så allt blev blött och hon kunde inte se ordentligt genom vindrutan på grund av att den immade
igen.
Vi fick en hel dag av vår 14-dagars semesterresa förstörd då vi istället kunde ha gjort annat.
Vi ville dock gärna se Key West och bokade därför om till den 2/1 2024 istället för att begära pengarna tillbaka.
Vid ombokningstillfället frågade jag om det fanns möjlighet att vi kunde stiga på bussen högre upp på Collins Avenue och fick till svar att det gick bra om vi kunde ta oss till 7500 Collins Avenue och vara där klockan 06.00.
Jag bad att få en skriftlig biljett av personalen inne på Miami Big Bus Tours bokningskontor och det fick jag.
Där stod klart och tydligt att vi skulle bli upphämtade på 7500 Collins Avenue klockan 06.00 a.m den 2/1.
Vi var på adressen i god tid innan.
Vi väntade till 06.20 a.m då jag ringde bokningskontoret som sa att det inte stod någonting i vår bokning om detta och att de inte kunde göra något åt det utan ville vi med på resan skulle vi se till att vara vid bussen på Lincoln Street innan klockan 07.00 då den skulle avgå.
För att hinna var vi tvungna att ta en Uber.
På bokningskontoret var två kvinnor i tjänst, varav den ena hade varit med om att boka om vår resa och mycket väl visste vad det handlade om, men hon bara ryckte på axlarna.
Jag visade upp bokningsbekräftelsen men de bara fortsatte att nonchalera och säga att det inte var deras fel och att vi inte skulle få ersättning för Uberresan.
Jag har skrivit samma recension på deras hemsida men inte fått någon återkoppling överhuvudtaget.
Nonchalans, otrevligt bemötande och rena lögner är vad detta företag står för.
Busschauförerna på bussarna är dock trevliga och serviceminded men har antagligen mycket låg lön eftersom de tvingas tigga dricks och sälja biljetter till nya evenemang med 10% lägre pris än om du bokar online eller över disk på bokningskontoret.
Jag rekommenderar inte någon att köpa en resa av Miami Big Bus Tours!
Du kan ha tur och allt fungerar, det hade vi när vi åkte till Everglades med dem, men överlag verkar kommunikationen mellan medarbetarna vara ytterst bristfällig.

Wir standen an der Bushaltestelle, der Bus war ja auch da allerdings offensichtlich nur 8 Leute die gebucht haben. Das machte den Busfahrer ziemlich nervös, sodass er kurzer Hand behauptete der Bus ist kaputt. Er sagte das die Tour abgesagt ist. So eine ver..... hab ich bis dato nicht erlebt. Zudem hatten wir auch noch 45 Minuten zu Fuss an die Haltestelle. Nun ging der Stress erst richtig los, diese Firma kümmerte sich nicht die Bohne um uns und liess uns einfach am Strassenrand stehen. Da wir online buchten und mit der Karte bezahlt haben ging die Gaudi nun mit deren Hotline an. Nach 1 Stunde hin und her schreiben ( die verstenen nur englisch) wirde uns versichert dass wir unser Geld zurück bekommen werden , dauert etwa 3 bis 4 Tage. Kurzum...... nie nie wieder mit solch einen Establishment.

Ils nous ont menti sur la durée afin de nous vendre le ticket, on a du quitter le bus au milieu du chemin (ticket acheté à bayside). L'air conditionné fonctionne très mal dans le bus

Bad, Bad Bad!

I understand a raining day in Miami, but waiting 1 and a half hour for the next bus, which was again packed like sardines, was beyond rude, unprofessional, and simply unsafe for everyone involved in the ride. Of course, the driver was rude, clueless, and unprofessional. We were relying in the professionalism of the company when we asked that probably was going to be a raining day... I can read a radar weather map... but, the idiot of the day in charge told us that everything was going to be well. Uber was the answer in the end.

The tours ran on time. However, the narrative was poor and didn't describe what we were seeing; only music played for 75% of time on the trip from Miami South Beach to the end stop in Miami. And on the way back the audio didn't work at all - it would click in for two words and then go back go Music. Very disappointing.
