What a nightmare. A dash cam was ordered, which was delayed for a week — eventually we were informed that the courier service had lost the parcel, but our money would not be refunded until the shipment is found.
When I called, they explained that until the parcel is found, they have no funds to issue a refund.
While I was trying, very politely (I am a university lecturer and not prone to rude communication), to explain that the customer should not suffer due to the courier’s negligence and that the seller should take full responsibility in such cases, the consultant hung up on me.
Dear people, pay €10 more and buy from a responsible company. For example, neither Senukai nor Pigu.lt shift responsibility for courier issues onto customers in situations like this.
And the fact that this company does not have €60 available to refund says a lot about its reliability.
P.S. When I said I would write a review, the consultant replied, “Write as much as you want.” I heard exactly the same response from another company’s consultant — not long after, that company went bankrupt.
Draw your own conclusions about whether it is worth buying even slightly more expensive items from this seller, knowing that in case of bankruptcy, the warranty will not apply and you may never get your money back for goods that were never delivered.
After that conversation, I seriously doubt whether I will get my money back at all.

There are definitely some negative reviews, but I still decided to buy on installment. Everything was arranged within one business day, and I received the product after three business days. Of course, there are many absurd negative comments from people complaining that it was promised in one business day but arrived a few days later. In the future, I won’t overthink it too much and will buy from BigBox again.

Niekam nerekomenduoju. Nusipirkome brangų TCL televizorių per lizingą, o gavome brokuotą daiktą. Tik išpakavus ir pirmą kartą įjungus į rozetę, ekrane pasirodė logotipas, televizoriaus viduje kažkas garsiai POKŠTELĖJO ir vaizdas dingo, liko tik kelios juostos kampe. Akivaizdus gamyklinis brokas.
Kreipėmės į parduotuvę, bet vietoj to, kad operatyviai pakeistų neveikiantį daiktą, prasidėjo atsikalbinėjimai. Priekaištauja, kad prekę išpakavome. o kaip kitaip patikrinti, ar televizorius veikia jo neišpakavus? Užuot prisiėmę atsakomybę už nekokybišką prekę, siunčia į servisus ir tempia laiką.
Labai nusivylėme požiūriu į klientą. Jei norite susitaupyti nervų ir negauti broko už savo pinigus, rinkitės kitą parduotuvę.

Smooth and easy processes, no need to contact the company and ask additional information, as everything was clearly provided during the purchase.

It was indicated that the item would be delivered within 1–2 business days, which is the only reason I purchased from them. After 2 business days had passed, I received a notification that the delivery of the order was being postponed by another 5 business days.

Same issue as everyone - delivery time keeps being postponed.

Fake delivery times, they dont have the items in stock. Wasted a whole month of my time

Chose this site for faster delivery time, ordered my perfume on December 15th, promised delivery time was 9-18 days, when I paid for my order the same week, they sent an email that the product will be delivered between January 8th and 15th. As of Jan 12th, almost a month later, the perfume hasn't even been shipped.

Bought a phone "in stock", turns out it wasn't. Customer support takes ages to respond via chat (3-5hrs if you're lucky), or promises to call back and never does. 1-3 business days delivery was postponed to 2-4 business days. Almost a month later, I get an answer that my phone will be delivered tomorrow.

Horrible experience and I suspect the company will not last.

Labai nusivyliau BigBox.lt. Užsakymą pateikiau 12.05, aiškiai nurodžiau, kad kompiuteris yra dovana, buvo pažadėta pristatyti iki 19 d. Atvyko tik dalis prekių, kompiuterio negavau,,Sugadintos šventės.
