BikesOnline.com.au Recenzje

I’ve been really enjoying the Marin DSX 2 since purchasing it from BikesOnline. The whole online buying process was fast, smooth, and very easy to follow, including the assembly side of things. Everything arrived in good condition, and getting the bike ready to ride was straightforward.

So far, I’ve ridden over 300 km on it, and I’ve been loving the experience. The bike feels solid, responsive, and well made. The quality has been excellent, and I have not had any issues at all since I started riding it. It has been reliable on every ride and has given me a lot of confidence whether riding for fitness, commuting, or just enjoying time outdoors.

What I like most is that it feels like a very practical and capable bike for the price. It offers great value while still feeling high quality and enjoyable to ride. It has definitely met my expectations and has made me want to ride more often.

Overall, I’m very happy with both the bike and the service from BikesOnline. The purchasing experience was convenient, the bike quality has been great, and I would happily recommend it to others looking for a dependable and enjoyable ride.

Just a simple process made simple

Responsive, matched the spare parts, was clear about delivery times

They sent this bike prompt
And had great communication
And good selection of bikes to choose from

Excellent customer service, easy online ordering, fast delivery with full tracking - even to regional areas, great products and range, and value for money. What's not to love?

Bikes Online had the products I needed at a competitive price and they delivered promptly. Service was great - they contacted me to clarify address (because our new place wasn’t in AusPost database yet) rather than risking an incorrect delivery. Very happy.

I bought this helmet after reading the Bicycling.com review, and after two rides I’m really happy with it. It’s light, comfortable, and has great airflow. The fit feels secure without any pressure points, and the build quality is better than I expected for the price. So far, it completely lives up to the review—excellent value and a solid everyday road helmet.

bikes online is easy to use and delivered to a remote area for us without any stress.

Bikes online have a great range of cycling items. Prices are competitive. Delivery is quick

Been riding my new Nicasio+ for a bit now, and first impression: it’s definitely on the heavier side, especially coming from lightweight carbon road bikes. That said, it makes up for it with simplicity and zero fuss. No overthinking, just hop on and ride.

Handling has been surprisingly solid across both paved roads and gravel. The steel frame and 650b wheels def makes the ride smooth. Brakes could be better

After an initial hiccup so to speak and not receiving a call back. I'm glad I called again the following day to get some help with delivery of a birthday present for my son.
First contact aside I was very pleased with the service received.
Then the delivery of the bike: Awesome!!! Well packed and protected with all the tools required to assemble it properly. Great instructions and simple to follow. And Wow! What a machine this is for a first dualy. Very impressed with the quality and components let alone the actual frame and set up.
Let's say Dad (me) is that jeleous that I can't stop thinking about getting myself one after having a ride! HAPPY CUSTOMER (but Not as now I might be saving up for one)

Great range of bikes, fast shipping and they threw in an impressive range of extras (bike keyring/bottle opener, pedal crank, Allen key tool set, etc.). Will definitely buy from them again!

Easy transaction and the bike arrived in a few days

Easy to use and very fast delivery 👌

I bought a polygone siskiu T7E recently. I Was having problems with the seal on the suntour rear shock it came with. I was told to send it back free of charge and they would send it back to sun tour. The sun tour company re built it and sent it back to me. After taking it out for a ride the seal started to come out again. Bummer! So a man named Marvin told me to send it back again and he was going to find me a different shock that would be compatible with my bike and also an upgrade. He sent me a fox rear shock! I was so stoked! Now thats 5 star customer service! Thank Marvin
