Shop drawings were not prepared…
Shop drawings were not prepared properly and the installation of a handrail resulted in very heavy exposed blocking behind the brackets that was not accounted for and does not look very attractive.

Doug, appreciate the feedback! We are really good at building and installing stairs and rails, but sometimes not so great a drawing them. Safety and stability of a handrail system does unfortunately have to take a back seat to aesthetics at times. We are really sorry that this is the first we are hearing of the missed expectations.
