Blooming Grove Stair Company was the 2nd company we contacted to install new rails, spindles and bannisters in our home. The first company came and, after a week, had not gotten back to us with an estimate. Not only did Blooming Grove get back to us within a day with pricing, they were so nice and friendly to work with. From the person who answered the phone to the gentleman who did the installation, everyone was courteous, professional and friendly. We will absolutely be recommending them!

From start to finish, Blooming Grove Stair Company was responsive and engaged in helping us meet our remodeling goals. Martin, the installer was fantastic, he took the time needed to make sure the job was done right, taking extra time to explain, ask questions and make sure that at the end, we were satisfied with his work. The sales team was great, they answered questions quickly, took our ideas and turned them into reality. A big thank you to Craig as well, his on-site visit to measure was quick, but most importantly, he shared his ideas and got the project rolling. We cannot say enough about BGStair Co. we highly recommend!

Very good experience
Had a very good experience with BGS. Zachary was terrific, extremely courteous and helpful. Timely follow ups and notifications. Couldn’t have been a nicer guy to work with.
Install went well with only a small issue and they responded with a repair.

Exceeded Expectation
From design to installation to the finished product I was impressed. I had a vision and they made it come to life. I was told by many that we were stuck with a narrow functional stair case. Blooming Grove created the expansive open concept I wanted.

The staff is courteous
The staff is courteous, proffesional and has always tried to accommodate our scheduling. Estimates for projects are accurate and rarely incur overages. The skilled installers are meticulous and clean up after themselves upon completion. Most importantly, the clients are always very happy.
