I got my wig a few days ago and I have to say the quality is top notch. I ordered a straight glueless wig and it came out as good as the pictures. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again

Really had a great experience with this company. They actually reached out to me after I placed the order to confirm my address before shipping and that was actually nice. Hair was delivered really fast and had no weird smell. It feels so soft and natural and you wouldn’t even be able to tell it’s a wig when I style it. Definitely worth the purchase.

I used to really appreciate this company until I had my daughter baptism , they “sent” the order after the baptism on top of it I didn’t even receive it and the company didn’t really care and ask me to figure out where my order is!!! Even though I explained couple of time they didn’t seems to care , nor try to find a solution…. Telling me I’ll receive a gift(probably some Wig cap) when I order again.. lol like I lost my money but you guys want me to spend more money for me to receive a gift to fix another issue back then.
Anyway I’m really disappointed by the customer service and the company itself!

Firstly the Customer Care is 5 Star they communicate with you every step of the way until you receive your hair.The Quality of the hair is really good and hair doesn't smell or shed off.Will definitely be ordering again.

First let me start off with delivery was very quick which I liked. I was excited to receive this wig because I like the style and I wanted to try out different companies. However, this wig smells like old fish grease, I am confused by that because this is the first time I had such and experience. So now I'm stuck with a useless product. Lesson learned.

I love this hair brand. I generally only order from them. The price is wonderful. The quality is great and they have everything that you need all in one place there's no hassle there's nothing to it. It's just an amazing brand and the shipping. It doesn't take forever it's here like three days. I love it. I love the quality. I love the price. I love the brand.

I wish I could give ZERO stars ! I spent $331 for 4 bundles of hair 28/30 inches. When I received the hair I saw that quality was bad it was tangled and shedding , it almost felt like a mix blend.
I reached out then sent video of the hair and my disappointment. They responded with its 100%human hair which is NOT . I co-washed it even used silicon and that did nothing. The hair I had to install it as I had a trip and had no other options.
The hair was horrible and ruined my trip as the hair kept tangling , shedding , matted , just horrible. For the amount of money I spent to be given this bad quality hair is wrong . I was offered $35 refund which is a slap in the face. I will NEVER ORDER AGAIN from this company.
They have poor customer service and bad quality hair. They also insulted my intelligence by telling me how to maintain and take care of the hair.
Please DON't WASTE YOUR MONEY
