‼️Warning Do Not Buy‼️This company only wants your money they dont care if you recieve the wig or not. They stop all communication with you as soon as you have an issue with your order. I waited 2 weeks before these ldiots even shipped out my wig due to their lies they knew the kinky straight wigs were low in stock! Now the package has been delivered to a different city and address despite me actually having the correct address written and ive shown proof! I have sent multiple emails to these scammers to Request a refund for my missing order 26600363710 I even contacted that fake lying rat yoyo via whatsapp who is also a scammer and she deliberately ignored me. I will have to call my bank to report the transaction as fraudulent!

I ordered 2 wigs from them and they only shipped one and tried to blame the theft on the courier company when they completely omitted the second wig from the order. I asked for a refund, I was patient and polite at first while going extra lengths to give them what they need in order to process the refund but they refused to compensate me for the stolen wig.

10/10, I love their wigs and will always order from here. Customer service is great as well

Their water wave wig is a true 10/10!!! The curls are popping, the lace melts with ease, the hair is so soft & it includes everything you need to slay 💅🏽. Has an adjustable drawstring on the inside so say bye bye to those loose wigs girl✨. Lace is already precut & i have YET to use a hot comb to install her because she is plucked to perfection 😍. You literally don't even need a hairstylist for the install. Definitely recommend!

I'm obsessed with this wig. I got so many compliments while i was on holiday and it was so easy to install. You can easily achieve the 'wet Look' with this hair! I love BGM hair, definitely 10/10 quality! 5 stars

Unfortunately, this recent experience has been very disappointing — their customer service is unresponsive, and when they do reply, they fail to address or resolve the problem. Beautiful wigs ! But their wavy wigs after a wash lose their curls.

This half wig is amazing—people kept asking if it was my real hair! It had barely any smell and was super full, true to length, and soft right out of the bag. I didn’t even layer it, and it still looked so good. The drawstring made it really secure, and I wore it all day without worrying it would slip off. The curls are juicy and bouncy with minimal shedding. Definitely worth it!

I am highly disappointed with how long my package has taken to reach me. I placed my order with high expectations, but the delivery time has been far longer than I was led to believe. Communication and updates have been poor, and the delay has caused a lot of frustration. I had hoped for a smoother and more reliable service, but unfortunately this has not been the case.
