Kim Shackelford @ Better Lending was amazing! What ever your team is paying her, it isn't enough! Her work ethic was incredible / late night questions answered / weekends it didn't matter! Response time was Immediate! I am a retired Air Force Chief Master Sgt and have supervised thousands of troops and she easily would sit at the top 1% when it comes to knowledge, energy, attitude, and with a positive outlook while walking you through each step of the process! Would recommend Better Lending without a second thought, and already have referred about 4 or 5 folks! Will Urick
