Our kitchen overall is very good. It is very impressive and very well made. Darren the Kirchen fitter did an excellent job

The dishwasher door doesn't open fully as it hits the fridge. Piping behind sink for the dishwasher is covered by the back of the cupboard with no thought to cut holes in it either.

Called in to complain and was promised a call back, two weeks later no call back received. Call in again and told that they can't promise me a call back.

I HAVE BOTH A NEW KITCHEN AND SLIDING BEDROOM WARDROBES FITTED.

THE KITCHEN FITTING WAS DELAYED AFTER TIME HAD BEEN TAKEN OFF WORK TO BE THERE, THERE WERE ITEMS MISSING LIKE THE TAP AND FRONT PANEL OF THE INTEGRATED WASHING MACHINE AND THESE TOOK OVER 10 DAYS TO ARRIVE AND BE FITTED. THE KITCHEN WAS COMPLETED ON 13/10/2016 AND WE HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE COMPLETION GUARANTEE OR A COMPENSATION CLAIMS FORM THAT WAS PROMISED.

THE BEDROOM WARDROBES WERE STARTED ON TIME BUT THE FITTERS DECIDED TO DO ALL THE CUTTING IN THE BEDROOM AND COVERED EVERYTHING IN SAWDUST. THEY HAD TO BE CALLED BACK AS 2 OF THE SOFT CLOSE DID NOT OPERATE CORRECTLY AND WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR ONE OF THEM TO BE REPLACED.

Having the Kitchen designed was simple and quick, installation didn't take long and the fitters were friendly.

Lovely fitted wardrobes, the materials were delivered several weeks before fitter was due so this
Could be planned better. Also the job took a little longer than anticipated, we were asked if we would mind the fitter working late to get the job done in one day, which may run over to the following day. The fit actually took 3 days, however the finished result is excellent. All staff were polite and helpful. Would recommend this company to friends and family.

We found the product and importantly it's installation were carried out to a very high standard. All staff from beginning to completion were extremely professional, totally helpful, polite and punctual.
All this while offering a reasonable price when a 70% was applied.

It's disappointing to say the least that we are still waiting for a response from the email yesterday and the emails sent last week.

We are still missing doors and shelves for the tall unit - meaning our kitchen installation is now several weeks overdue.

Considering you were aware that we had a fitter in this weekend to finish the worktop and tall unit I cannot understand how your company failed to deliver these items despite the assurance that this was all confirmed with Jake and Andy.

From sales, design to fitting excellent service.
The sale and Design was undertaken in Warrington Cheshire (Gemini store) the sales staff, designer and area manager were totally customer focused and nothing was to much trouble.
The designer worked with ourselves and the builder of our new home in Cardiff to create the bedroom and study.
The fitter Chris was on time worked professionally and in cooperation with our builder whilst work was still ongoing in our new build and he created two beautiful rooms in our new home.
We have used the company for over twenty years fitting bedrooms and study's. First class company would recommend.

Negotiated on price. Found the payment / invoicing system concerning but at the end of the day a quality value for money bedroom was expertly fitted by Kevin Marshall. Communication issues with the company, not Kevin, meant that he worked 2 long days rather than the three days he had allowed. Saleman, surveyor and fitter were all good people, the company needs to address communication issues, but I would recommend them.

All round support was well done the joiner did excellent job and
finished well on time and looks fantastic in bright airey bedroom.
All clothes and support rails worked well with hinged access doors.

Had a kitchen fitted in august. When you book the date you are told it can't be moved. However this doesn't apply to them as they don't show. No phone call nothing. Handles fall off and the pull out doesn't work. Surveyor got the dimensions wrong so had to cut the unit down! I have odd shaped units around my fridge. Offered £50 quid in compensation! On a £10k kitchen! Told numerous times they would be back to fix it, the "very latest" being the 17th October! Didn't show then found out they did not even order the part - which arrived 2 weeks ago. Still no date of when it will be fitted despite me contacting their installations manager several times - they just ignore your calls and emails. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. You will be left with nothing but heartache and days booked off work when they never show

Bettaliving Brent cross sales team were great and listened to our requirements and the fitting team were first class our bedroom now looks fantastic thank you very much our experience was stress free and the people involved were excellent

Adam was very efficient, gave good advice and was approachable. Arrived early and left bedroom clean and tidy. Lots of friends have also remarked on what a good job he has done.

The service was good and well organised/communicated. The product is robust and better than others I've seen. The price is still high, even though it's a great product and service - although a lot more reasonable than the quote I had from another company.

From start to finish of our bedroom refurbishment betta living staff from home design team, customer serices, surveying and fitting were first class, a couple of adjustments had to be made between design and survey but dealt with extremely well and a credit to betta livings care.

Fantastic product which was fitted with minimal disruption and always cleaned up after. Would use again

I'm not one for writing reviews but I had to write this one about Betta living. I have just had my dream kitchen fitted and would like to say that not only am I pleased with end result but was very impressed with everyone involved from start to finish sales people, customer service, delivery guys & kitchen fitters. All were fantastic & I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Well done Betta living x
