Bethatgirluk Myshopify Recenzje

Not received items then messaged company to see if it had Atleast been shipped with no reply did the track order thing on website and got told the order number (from my confirmation email) did not exist I can’t afford to lose out on that much money especially at this time with nothing in return order at your own risk ⚠️

Awful service, company and product. Orders the backless bra. After receiving an email from the shipping company that BE THAT GIRL didn’t pay the full amount and that I had to pay £5 for it to be fully shipped to me I messaged the company after paying. They never once got back to me and deleted all comments and messages that I sent via Instagram and tiktok. The sports bra itself is made from the cheapest, thinnest piece of material. Don’t bother with the bra “pads” or should I say pad. It was a one piece bit of material in a figure 8 that was flimsy and creased so easily. It didn’t fit across the whole way either so did absolutely nothing. Unless you want to buy/take out another bras padding and want to risk never seeing this product or getting your moneys worth, a refund etc then DO NOT BUY FROM THIS “BRAND” it’s a complete scam.

Terrible bras and terrible customer service! Delete comments they don’t like on Instagram which is why there’s only a few on each post. Avoid like the plague.

Order never received. It has now been two weeks since they claim it was shipped. Emails ignored. Instagram message replied to once saying they would look into it now being ignored. Heard good things about their gym clothes so placed a £50 order. Will not use again and now need to get my. money back

I’ve ordered twice now and i have to say i wont go anywhere else for my gym fits, everything i own gym wise is from this brand. The quality is unreal, super affordable along with professional packaging which as a customer u appreciate. Such a lovely owner too behind this brand. Customer service is spot on! I had a little mix up on my first order, i received the wrong size than what i ordered which i understand things can happen. But it was resolved straight away i couldn’t ask for better customer service. If you haven’t ordered from this brand you NEED to!

I ordered over two weeks ago and never received anything. My order has been marked as 'Fulfilled' on their website but is nowhere to be seen. I have messaged them on Instagram and asked for them to resend my order, but have been ghosted! I also reached out on the site and have heard nothing back. Absolutely appalling customer service and I'm now £50 down with nothing to show for it!

GIRLS pls don’t buy from her! And if you do, pay with paypal!!! She’s the worst and so unprofessional, she is mentally ill!

Ignored my message once again! Left on seen

SCAM.
Would give 0 if I could.
Do not order from her. She has taken my money, not sent out my order and then ignores messages. I’ve tried multiple times to get in contact. I comment on her instagram posts and she deletes them.
SCAM!!!

I ordered a pair of leggings originally I loved them but in two wears a hole appeared on the knee and then after 4 wears a huge tear appeared in the crotch. I then politely told the company about my problem and was offered a new pair and 10% discount which a month later I still have not received. On trying to chase this replacement order up I was left on read on their customers instagram. I was told they were arriving at a certain date and they never appeared so the company clearly did not send out this order I have given the company 4 weeks to sort this and have realised now it’s not going to be resolved. This company has appalling customer service and I have wasted over £20.

Order two leggings shorts and the backless sports bra and the quality is amazing.
Definitely recommend supporting and ordering from her x

I recently ordered a pair of leggings and two backless sports bras. The leggings are amazing quality, comfy and shape the booty so well. I am obsessed with the backless sports bras, they complete every gym outfit.

I’ve ordered twice from Bethatgirl and currently putting in my third order. The quality is amazing with a wide range of gym leggings/shorts/sports bra and many more.
