Previously used with no issues, but most recent experience has been terrible. Ordered in March, items eventually arrived three weeks later. Had to return one (at my own cost) which was confirmed delivered but no refund issued and company have not responded to any contact at all. Emails bounce back, insta messages and multiple emails are not responded to.
Companies house shows accounts overdue to I wouldn’t risk and further business with them, or any offshoot of them. My issues have still not been resolved and I’m out of options

I ordered for my daughter in law and now her website is not available and she is not responding to my emails I’m calling my bank on Monday to claim my money back I definitely would not recommend anyone buying from this seller if they set it back up

Absolutely disgusting customer service and she has stolen my money too. I have made attempts to contact Lucy every single day on Instagram and email, but she has time to delete me comments on her instagram posts. Do not believe the 5 star review on her, I know a few people she has done this too, not just me. Please please please if she is doing this to you contact your bank and dispute the payment as she then has to pay the bank back, and CONTACT TRADING STANDARDS! She can’t get away with this and she needs to learn a lesson.

I ordered from here trying to support a small business and not only did I not get my order but she has kept my money! This was back in June last year and I am STILL chasing her…
No response, no accountability! A shocking way to run a business

AVOID! I have an item missing from an order. Zero correspondence! I have emailed so many times, messaged on Instagram, commented on posts asking her to respond to my email (btw she deletes comments). I have received nothing back! Happy to take the money but won’t send you all of your order. Will be reporting to trading standards and asking my bank to reverse the transaction. Clear that she has done this to multiple customers and isn’t bothered when an item is missing! Will not be purchasing from her again. Plenty of other small businesses who value their customers. Save yourself the hassle and purchase elsewhere!

Shocking company took over £100 worth of an order with no delivery. Wont respond to any emails etc. STAY AWAY

Worst customer service! I've been waiting for my order for 3 months, I've written countless emails, instagram messages, comments on posts that were immediately deleted. I even wrote to Lucy on her personal FB profile, also with no reply. I don't have my order or my money, but I will keep trying because I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
I'm honestly disappointed, I've ordered several things and they've always arrived with no problem, but this is a disaster and I will never order anything from her again.

Terrible customer service from Lucy. I contacted her on multiple occasions regarding my order and was completely ignored across email, instagram and Tik Tok (i did get 1 reply via email and 1 on Tik Tok but chased multiple times after this and was ignored after that, she also lied to my friend who messaged her about my order and said she had emailed me back but hadn’t). It was only after I rang and spoke to Citizens Advice and sent her a signed-for letter at my own expense that she finally sent the item. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable, and I would not recommend buying from her, unless you want to give yourself stress and anxiety! So dishonest and unprofessional and judging by other reviews on here, she makes a habit of this of this. Finally got my order 23 days after ordering with no apology or further communication, as I mentioned its only when I sent the letter and mentioned that it’s against the consumer rights act 2015 did she send the item.

Haven’t received items. No reply to any emails or messages. I wouldn’t buy from here!! So disappointed.

While the clothing being sold on this site is of a good quality. It took me over a month to get a refund, and over two weeks for the seller to send my items in the first place. I emailed several times never getting a response, then I DM’d on insta twice and never got a response. I then commented on a few posts and all comments were getting deleted. I had to result in raising a case with PayPal for them to contact her. I then got an email from her asking me to give details on my returns. I sent all proof of postage and proof that it had been delivered to her. I then still do not get any reply so continued to post on her comments (which were constantly deleted). After over a month of waiting I finally have my money back. I would be very cautious when ordering from here

So sad to write this as the items and quality of clothing is absolutely perfect and I couldn’t fault them, but the customer service is very spotty. I have ordered from here several times now as I love their items so much however I have had issues with delivery and returns. The main issue is emailing customer service and never getting a response. I have sent multiple emails regarding a refund I sent back ages ago and no response or refund issued. I have also previously had to resort to messaging and commenting on all platforms of bethatgirl to force a response. The owner is so incredible and it is so heartwarming and refreshing seeing a business owner love their product and job so much so please do not fault her or her products! I would use this brand as my main gym wear, even replacing bigger brands, if the customer service was up to par for issues.

don’t waste your money, the quality was bad and isn’t great, I refunded my items and is not an easy refund process took weeks, then finally had an email back to say they would issue refund and the refund was cancelled and I have yet to hear back and it’s been about a month, wondering if I’ll ever get my money back! Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with!

I ordered 3 items in September & only 2 items arrived. I contacted Lucy & she got back to me to say that my item was now out of stock but I could have a replacement that was in stock & a 10% refund or a full refund. Trying to support a small business I opted for a replacement item. Since then I’ve heard nothing I’ve emailed again sent a message in social media which has been ignored whilst she’s advertising free items with bundle orders! I’ve sent an email saying that I’d like a refund as it’s been 3 weeks since the issue & nothing. Please save your money

Absolute joke of company ordered in July received a confirmation email and nothing since, I have emailed multiple times & messaged on Instagram and to no one’s surprise I’ve heard nothing back. Waiting over two months for your order with no communication from the company on delays or anything?? Joke. I was all for supporting a small business but now I just want a full refund.
Raised it with revolut and took 3 months to get a refund on an order that was never dispatched.

Placed an order in APRIL. Wrote several email regarding my order, waiting for any info. I got an answer maybe 3 times. She first claimed that my order was lost so i accepted 15% refund plus sending new package ( that was in July) . I had to write again becuase she send wrong amound of money. Over 10 eu of diffrence. Then i lost Hope because she stoped writing back. On the very end od August i received info about package, but not from her, just the mailing company, i had to pay additional fee. Package came to me september 12. Without any information that the package was event send im the first place. I opened the package, and was mad again. I ordered 2 tops. One came in COMPLETLY diffrent color, one came in diffrent style. Thank god that they were in right size....

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Returned an order several months ago and there has been NO REFUND & no communication, despite numerous attempts to contact via email and Instagram. Commented on Instagram posts & comments get instantly deleted.

Really disappointed with the returns policy. Happily brought items - returned in the timeframe of the policy. No refund. No communication. What a waste of money. It’s literally a scam. I wanted to support a growing small business and in the end lost out on money for wanting to return the clothes. Absolute joke.

Received my order and I have an item missing from it. Contacted them through Instagram messenger and email not heard a single thing back. When commenting on a post to ask if someone could please contact me my comment gets deleted!! Absolutely avoid at all costs, just wished I had thought to check on here first! All I want is my money back!
