LOVE LOVE LOVE this brand! Squat proof leggings, flattering sports bras AND affordable. What’s not to love?!
I previously had an issue where an order didn’t turn up and it took a little while to work out what had happened with the courier but the team resent the order which has since been received. I now have 5 leggings, 2 shorts and 10 sports bras/tops, and of course I need more!

Be that girl are amazing, really affordable activewear that are such great quality. I've got 5 items from them now (flares, tops and a couple of bits from the summer collection) and everything is really flattering. I also receive excellent service from the owner who is happy to talk about the items and provide more information.

I’ve been wearing Be That Girl for 3 years now! Everything is affordable, so comfy and such good material! Fast delivery everytime I’ve ordered, will continue buying from here and looking forward to seeing the new lines that come out!!🫶🏼

I ordered one of their gym tops on the 20th of April 2024 it’s been three months since i placed the order and i haven’t received it. I emailed the business and messaged their instagram page numerous times and ive had no response, this business literally just takes your money and gives you nothing which is so wrong. Do NOT buy from here!!

Disgusted by this company claiming to be 'affordable', yeah no wonder because they never send you your order so they can afford to keep offering their 'low' prices. Ordered back at the end of April and still nothing. They are ignoring my emails, my dm's and deleting my comments. I will never order from them again and I have approached my bank because quite frankly this is fraud. All I can say is do not bother ordering from this disgusting company. I would post this all over social media but there is no point, the comments will just be deleted.

Absolutely appalling, order took 5/6 weeks and then missing item and no communication from them after numerous emails. Will never order again from these.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered start of May and have received nothing.

An update was only provided as myself and another customer started complaining on social media. The business owner routinely deletes negative comments all whilst posting daily to angle for new customers but am aware now that many customers have been waiting months for items or refunds.

UPDATE 23/08/2024
Having had my refund request completely ignored and no sign of any of the goods or paid for I quite reasonably pursued a chargeback with my bank a few weeks ago. I had thought it was the end of the matter but to my utter surprise and dismay she has raised a dispute. On what planet does she think she is entitled to my money when I do not have the goods that I’ve paid for?!

I have written to Watchdog & Guardian Consumer Champion on behalf of myself and several unhappy customers. Whilst not everyone ends up out of pocket and without goods - running a business where only a certain amount of customers get their orders makes it seem more like a lottery than genuine online retail.

UPDATE 24/08/2024
After I complained about her dispute of my chargeback request she responded to me via email. She claimed to have no knowledge of any previous correspondence and yet again no personalised acknowledgment of what has gone wrong and no explanation as to why she has decided to contest the chargeback dispute. I doubt she will respond to my email so along with the further steps above if somehow she wins the dispute (not sure how as even her own records prove I haven’t received any goods) I will look at pursuing through further action.

Order never sent by the company, multiple emails sent also messages on Instagram and not a single reply to explain why and 6weeks later I still haven't had a refund.

Still waiting for my refund 2 months later. Customer services is so bad.

Paid and they never shipped the item! No replies from the company, they delete social media comments and messages.

I still haven’t received my order from be that girl and it’s been nearly 2 months. I have sent countless emails and Instagram messages but have had no response.

I am extremely disappointed with Be That Girl. My order took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, an item was missing. I've sent multiple emails to their customer service, and I haven't received any response about sending me the missed item which is worth £29! If I could give no stars, I would. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I do not recommend shopping with them.

I can't believe I even have to give this company 1 star. I ordered a pair of leggings that were in stock weeks and weeks ago, no sign of them being dispatched so emailed a couple of times and got no responses. Then a month after I ordered I got a delivery notification but the wrong address was on it. I went onto be that girl website and tracked my order and yes I gave the correct address so the company inputted it wrong to the delivery company.
Hours spent trying to contact the right dept of EVRI who told me only the sender can change the address. That's a little hard when you're being ignored? Tik tok comments deleted and dms ignosed , Instagram comments deleted and dms ignored and one response given to my multiple emails.
Then to top it all off I got a customs charge even though her website clearly states in the FAQs that all customs for international costumers are paid.
And i STILL have no leggings- I've now paid for the leggings, paid 12 euro for shipping that was supposed to take 2 days and now another 13 on customs and have nothing to show

Quality is atrocious - cheap but ill fitting and awful fabrics. Delivery is very slow also but the quality is the real issue - total waste of money. Everything went straight into the recycle bin

I usually try to figure out things with email and so on and never write reviews but this place is a scam. Horrible experience. I ordered the backless tops that were on pre-order in April, it’s now almost June and nothing has shipped. It was supposed to be fulfilled April 19. I emailed twice, no response. I used their chat/contact form, no response. Do not buy from them. I would give minus stars if that was possible

Never and I mean NEVER order from this “small business”. Their communication and customer service is AWFUL. I waited 10 weeks for my order, then an item was missing from it and after very little communication they refunded me for the one item - not even asking if I’d like a replacement sent out. Truly, truly horrible experience - I will never buy from these again, I will stick with well-established and trustworthy companies in future.

I’ve been going to the gym for 2 years now and my biggest struggle has always been finding gym clothes that are affordable but still good quality and I’ve finally found a brand that does both! The sets are amazing quality and I never have to worry about rips or it being see through and every purchase is still so affordable and realistic. I think I’ve finally found a brand I’ll be using forever now!🤍

Same experience as a lady below. Sent items back with a request to cancel a pre order that wasn't yet shipped. Items were send 29 April and signed for their end a few days later. I've consistently dm'd, emailed and filled out their contact us form.. ghosted. I finally got 1 reply last Monday telling me it'd be sorted by the end of that day, NOTHING SINCE. Comments are being deleted or not approved on insta and tiktok, no number to call. I raised a dispute through my bank 2 days ago and by some miracle 1 of 2 refunds were processed as I got a notification email, although no response or acknowledgement of any of my emails or messages. Still awaiting a further £60 refund which I'm hoping the bank will sort. Avoid if you want to be able to return items without any hassle.

Where do I begin. I ordered from this site on the 29th of February when she had preorders listed. When I bought them I was hoping for a maximum one month wait. After a month I emailed asking what the time frame looked like and had no response. And then over two months go by and still no response, so I reached out again. You guessed it, no response! I then receive a fulfilment e-mail on the first week of May. I received my order two weeks later even though her site states a two to three day shipping period. When I open up my parcel I see that I've only received one of my items, it was the walnut shorts. Not only did these smell like Shein, they felt like Shein too. I was so disappointed to only see one item and then to see how these fit, was even more disappointing. So of course I send her a third e-mail and like always, I get no response. It's only when I then comment on her Instagram post, a TikTok post and I send her direct message on Instagram that I received one message back. It stated that today was an admin day so she would get back to me. Of course, she never did! On top of that, shes deleted all of my comments on her posts. I've had to dispute this with my credit card company and I'm hoping to receive a full refund soon. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
