Absolutely shocking customer service. Ordered £100 of clothing 8 weeks ago and have received nothing. She ignores my messages and deletes my comments on social media. Would absolutely never buy from this brand again. Still awaiting a response and a refund.

Placed an order over 5 weeks ago, royal mail haven't received the parcel yet after spending £67. I've chased them multiple times and they actively delete my comments on social media asking for a response. Awful customer service

Ordered 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received my ordered. Raised this and was told it should have already been processed and dispatched but obviously it has not. Requested updates via email twice and have received nothing back. I have since raised it as a dispute with my bank.

Beyond awful brand!! Emailed multiple times and still no response taken £55 of my money after I returned the products due to not fitting and kept my money and won’t answer any emails. Absolute scam DO NOT USE!!!!! Will be getting this brand banned.

Placed an order almost 2 weeks ago, no updates to confirm royal mail had received the order. I went through royal mail's process and raised the concern with BeThatGirlUK. over a week of trying to get an email, direct message, even commenting on posts on Instagram (which were swiftly deleted, even just me @'ing my partner was deleted, so it was person and not comment limitations). I have been perfectly polite and patient, tried multiple times and still nothing!

a dispute has been raised with my bank, my banned has been frozen, I 100% fully believe that this business scams people who are not influencers or have a larger following on social media, as people receive the goods, but looking at the reviews it's not everyone.

I placed an order on the 5th February and it had been posted but got lost. The company didn’t respond for a number of days as I was asking where my order was. However on the 22nd of February the company responded and offered a full refund of the order or 10% refund and the full order resent. I chose the full order and it arrived within 3 days and the quality of the clothes is amazing 😃. Would purchase again from the company!

If I could give her 0 stars I would. Absolutely shocking customer. Bought my girlfriend £150 on gym stuff for the new year got her all excited for the gym. To wait 2 weeks to find out this person hasn't even shipped my order. Tried to contact them from email, social media but no response. Luckily tiktok caught wind of it and gave me a full refund. Once they gave me a refund she reply's to my messages about a week later offering me 10%. She shouldn't have a business what so ever and she should be taken to court for her actions. 🤬🤬

Scam... Takes your money and doesn't send the items ,ignores your messages,deletes comments on her insta , majority of her followers are fake/bought

I am sooo disappointed with my experience at Be That Girl UK, and I feel it's important to share my experience to warn others to avoid this shop like the plague. After spending £120 on products, not only did Lucy never ship my items but the customer service was non-existent a six-year-old could offer better customer service than this brand. My attempts to reach out via emails and social media were completely ignored I messaged on Instagram numerous times and was ignored each time. It's so unacceptable for a business to operate this way, taking money from innocent people without delivering the promised goods or any form of customer support. I am all for supporting smaller brands but how can we support brands like Bethatgirluk when they have no regard for their customers? My advice to bethatgirluk, please invest all the money you are scamming from people in a Business Management and Customer Service course. Do not fall for her smiley face on TikTok live streams and her telling you that she is so grateful for your orders because it is all an act. AVOID AVOID AVOID :)

Missed an item within my order. They have ignored me via their website, email AND instagram.

Please don't waste your money!

Ordered over two weeks ago and Royal Mail 48 hour tracked says that it’s ‘in transit’ and has been that way since the day I ordered them. DM’ed and emailed and still have not heard anything.

Terrible customer service!
Ordered from her, had the wrong size sports bra sent to me and a pair of the leggings were damaged upon first wear.
I returned the sports bra, which I was refunded for, but in the mean time I was told she would replaced the damaged black leggings. On three occasions I have been told “I’ll send a new pair of black leggings”, “I’ll package them today ready for collection tomorrow” and “of course, I’ll send a pair on Monday”. The first time being August 15th 2023 - almost 8 weeks ago and still nothing. She’s promised on TikTok lives to “DM and I’ll get it sorted” or “DM me and I’ll send you the tracking number”, yet still receive nothing.
I’ve tried contacting her on Instagram, TikTok and through her email customer service. It’s a simple resolve, she’s promised to replace the damaged product, but is unable to fulfill the task. I wish I’d read the reviews on here first before ordering.
If she had sorted it, I wouldn’t be writing a bad review as the products are good. It is the terrible customer service that’s let the business down.

I ordered a pair of charcoal leggings and they sent me chocolate by mistake. I contacted them on Instagram about it and they said they would resolve it. It’s now been a month of trying to contact them on instagram, tiktok, email, and their website but I’m being ignored. I haven’t received the leggings and have gone to my bank for a chargeback as they won’t reply! I have never had such a terrible interaction with a business and would warn anyone off buying from them.

Sad company

I ordered two times: one with a friend and everything went amazing. The second time I ordered on my own a pair of leggings and a sports bra. When the package arrived, there was not the sports bra. So I contacted on Instagram and via the website but still no answer. I'm so disappointed because I really love the items that I already own but I won't purchase anything else if I don't get a refund or the bra.

Ordered a few times and never had any issues. On my last order, I received the wrong items which is fine, things happen. However, after several attempts to make contact to rectify I’m being ignored after 4 weeks of trying. If you can’t deliver the basic customer service then you shouldn’t be running a business. Won’t be ordering again and have to go to trading standards as I can see this is a common issue.

I first bought from this company in march 2023 and when the stuff arrived on 8th march i received one of the wrong items to what i purchased which was no big deal, i sent a message and just asked about what to do. I was then asked whether i want to keep or exchange them without being refunded any price difference if i kept them as they were quite a bit cheaper than what i ordered. I wanted to exchange them for what i originally ordered and it took 6 days of being ignored before i even heard back with where to return them too. They eventually got sent off with one thing to be exchanged and another refunded as it didn’t fit nicely on the 1st April. Sent a message about if they’d received it due to no updates on anything and this was now the 10th April. Every message after that was complete ignored but i finally received a refund on 18th April and received replacement leggings on the 23rd. Fast forward to july, i thought although the customer service was shocking they’ve now rebranded let’s see how it is. Made a purchase on the 5th July with an offer on of any purchase comes with a free old design sports bra. I was told it would be sent to me and low and behold my parcel arrived with no sports bra which was disappointing as don’t falsely advertise, that’s scamming! Got to the 12th July and i asked about it asking if maybe it was coming in a separate parcel and i got a response the following day asking for my order number so she could look into that for me and are we surprised i’ve been ignored completely since. Got to the 24th and they posted about the free sports bras again, so i responded to the story saying about my one that was undelivered and of course i was left on read and unanswered. Anything they don’t want to deal with they ignore completely which is awful customer service, no wonder they have to do so many discounts and deals to get people to buy. Real shame as i really did love the rebranded clothing although the new logo on the leggins has cracked all through after just one wash. So from the 13th of July up until now, 4th August i’ve heard not one word back, very disappointing and wouldn’t recommend solely due to the customer service and incase you have any issues.

Placed my order at the beginning of July when they were having a 30% off sale and wanted to give the rebrand a go as I've been eyeing up the leggings for over a year. Email confirmation of order came through and was told they would be in touch when the leggings were dispatched. A week and a half went on by and still no dispatch notice. Dropped an email/instagram direct message for an update - no response. I gave it 3-4 days but still nothing so I decided to post publicly on one of their instagram posts asking for a reply to my query. Low and behold I get a response with the tracking number and it appears the leggings were posted on time however they were stuck at the royal mail sorting centre and that they were working on finding out what's going on.

A few weeks later, still no sign of the leggings however I received a royal mail note that I have a fee to pay before the item can be delivered. I've sent numerous emails and photos of proof to their email address requesting that I am reimbursed for the postage costs as I had already paid for postage. NO RESPONSE.

I was half tempted to let the item return to sender but I have very little faith I would receive a refund if they made it back to her. I've paid out of my own pocket for the extra postage costs which I'm pissed off about.

This is not how you run a business LUCY MACNAB.

Best leggings I have ever had!! So stretchy will defo buy again
