Ce wallet est à fuir. Depuis début juillet ils sont incapables de résoudre un problème de clef privée. Impossible de réclamer des tokens achetés en prévente. Ils me baladent en disant nous y travaillons. Cela va faire 2 mois et prouve que cette entreprise n’est pas du tout fiable et n’a pas l’expertise nécessaire. Évitez d’ouvrir un wallet et d’y déposer de l’argent vous risquez fortement de tout perdre.

Sending Crypto TO Bestwallet - no Problem. Sending Crypto from Bestwallet to other Wallets: "Oops! something went wrong with the payment. Please try again". Tried with small and big amounts. Tried with Ledger and Coinbase. Tried with ETH and Bitcoin. Same result. No reaction from support.

Décidément on voit tout et n'importe quoi sur certains avis
J'utilise Best Wallet depuis une semaine et franchement je n'ai rien à dire de négatif.
J'ai pu facilement transférer mon portefeuille Metamask, effectuer des transferts d'un portefeuille à l'autre avec des frais gaz tout à fait raisonnables.
Concernant le cas $WEPE (Wall Street Pepe), certains avis attaquent Best Wallet en indiquant que vos tokens n'ont pas été livrés ? C'est une blague ?
Ils ne peuvent pas être encore livrés vu que la prevente n'est pas encore close et que le claim se fait plusieurs jours voire semaine après la prevente...
Quand on participe à une prevente, il faut lire le Whitepaper, vérifier le contrat, lire la roadmap...
Sinon, ça s'appelle du casino et les gens font n'importe quoi.
Donc, mon expérience à moi, en tout cas pour l'instant, et par rapport à ce que je demande à un wallet sur mobile elle est tout à fait positive !

HUGE UNDISCLOSED FEE ADD-ONS
There are unexplained, undisclosed fee add-ons to presale purchases that are offered/listed in the Best Wallet app. These fees are gargantuan and, in my personal experience, can range from 25% upwards of the purchase price. And that was on the low end because I made my trade in the wee hours between Sunday night and Monday morning. I've learned from reading reviews that others have been charged as much as 33% (one-third of the purchase price.) I have not encountered these fees on presales not listed in the Best Wallet app. Best Wallet passed the buck to Wert (their payment provider) when I inquired of them. And Wert tried to gaslight me -- using phrases like "slight bump in price," "small spread," and "it’s totally understandable if some of those details were easy to miss in the moment," to explain away a 25% undisclosed fee -- over and above their disclosed fees. Wert is a 3rd party provider in the Best Wallet operating at Best Wallet's behest with their permission. Best Wallet is aware of these exorbitant fees; Yet, Wert is allowed to continue to scam Best Wallet customers. Best Wallet cannot continue to just pass the buck to 3rd party providers who are operating in their wallet in partnership with them. They are allowing scammers to fleece their customers and are doing nothing about it. It's like throwing a rock then hiding your hand. I did not sign up with Wert, I signed on with Best Wallet. I FEEL SCAMMED. Nobody is offering to refund the undisclosed add-on fees. All fees and charges should be fully disclosed -- not hidden. This is both scandalous and illegal in America. And BTW, Best Wallet's support team immediately redirected me to Wert. To paraphrase, they basically said 'it's not us, it's them. They gave me Wert's contact info and washed their hands. Nobody is taking responsibility. Not a good way to build a business or attract long-term, repeat customers. Feels like a get-rich quick scheme. Who does business this way. It's unamerican.

Attenzione non comprate nessuna criptovaluta e una truffa fatta a regola d’arte con siti sponsorizzati da loro da Google ads e shopping, hanno messo un sistema truffa da svariati milioni di euro tutte le informazioni riportate da loro esempio su bitcoin hyper sono truffe, siti creati da loro , anche il bitcoin hyper e un sito falso di prevendita che ogni due giorni riparte , non esiste quella criptovaluta, hanno fatto anche dei feed su Binance ma sono loro i truffatori non vi fate ingannare ho segnalato tutto a Google e AppStore per fargli oscurare tutto. Vi ritrovate che mettete i soldi e loro entro due giorni vi prendano tutto. Hanno escogitato una vera maxi truffa con video fatti dall’IA andate a vedere tutti i siti sponsorizzati da loro sono tutte TRUFFE. Non vi fate ingannare le recensioni 5 stelle sono false.

I transferred my loopring coins but…
I transferred my loopring coins but they never arrived. After contacting the customer service more than once through the app I never got a reply neither support. Please be aware of this behaviour as if you have a issue you will not get any help and this will lead to a financial lost. UPDATE: still no answer from the customer service except the commenting on TP, which is just helpful for the company not the user who need support.

In the meantime, please try importing your tokens by heading to three dot menu on the home screen (to the right of ‘Upcoming Tokens’) > Tap ‘Manage Tokens’ > Search the token that you want to import by swiping the token list or typing the name of the token > Toggle the tokens that you want to import.
Scam! Danger
They steal their users' money with the complicity of support!!! I buy ETH with my wallet as soon as they arrive in my account, and they are immediately transferred from my account to another in a minute. So I contact support who tells me that my wallet is corrupted and tells me to create a new one and put 100 euros to recover my money and guess what my money disappears again, in a wallet created during the conversation with support. Pure and simple theft! Be careful, scam! Danger!
Ils volent l'argent de leurs utilisateurs avec la complicité du support!!! J'achète des ETH avec mon portefeuille dès leur arrivée sur mon compte, et ils sont immédiatement transférés de mon compte à un autre en une minute. Je contacte donc le support qui me dit que mon wallet est corrompu et me disent d'en créer un nouveau et de mettre 100 euros pour récupérer mon argent et devinez quoi mon argent disparait encore, dans un portefeuille créé pendant la conversation avec le support. Du vol pur et simple! Attention, arnaque ! Danger !

Unzuverlässig und keine Zukunftsperspektive
Ich habe genau dasselbe Problem wie viele andere Nutzer: Der Versand von ETH aus der BestWallet funktioniert nicht. Jeder Transfer bricht mit der Fehlermeldung „Oops! Something went wrong with the payment. Please try again“ ab – egal, ob die Zieladresse bei Bitpanda oder Coinbase liegt. Mindestbetrag beachtet, trotzdem keine Chance.
Zusätzlich werden sogar noch Bearbeitungsgebühren abgezogen, ohne dass die Transaktion erfolgreich ist. Eine Auszahlungsfunktion finde ich in der App nicht, und der Support reagiert bisher nicht auf mein Ticket.
Mit solchen technischen Problemen und fehlendem Kundenservice sehe ich für diese App leider keine Zukunft.

This fee is charged by the network, not by us (Best Wallet). Even though your transaction didn’t go through, the gas fees were still deducted because the miners/validators had already started processing it. This is part of the way transaction fees work on the network. If the gas price was too low, the transaction might have gotten stuck or failed.
