Nachdem alle Coins verschwunden waren, wurde von Daniel ( Support ) mitgeteilt, die verschwundenen Coins werden nachgebucht. Seit Monaten ist nichts passiert und der Support antwortet nicht mehr. Das ganze Geld ist weg - Vorsicht !

Está app es una estafa porque yo quería comprar un toque y transferi dinero $109 y no lo pude comprar porque me pedía más de lo estaba el toke y ahora ya no lo puedo retirar porque me piden tengo de EHT , realmente es una estafa y conchudes de estafar a mucha gente , porque yo pensaba que era por el poco tiempo que se inició está app, hasta la fecha ya 2 anos y 7 meses que no puede retirar mi dinero y siempre dice lo mismo.son unos delicuentes disfrazados .

Die ganze Wallet ist nach Neustart verschwunden. Ein angebliches Backup gibt es nicht. Lasst euch vom angeblichen Support nicht täuschen. Es gibt jeden Tag neue Ausreden. Ich warte seit über einem Jahr auf die angebliche Wiederherstellung .

J’ai utilisé Best WalletApplication trompeuse, tokens fictifs, impossibilité de retirer, une arnaque déguisée pour acheter…
J’ai utilisé Best Wallet pour acheter et staker le token Bitcoin Hyper. L’application promettait un “Layer 2 sur Bitcoin”, un audit “sans faille”, plus de “30 M$ levés” et une mise en avant sur “20 grands sites crypto”. Tout cela s’est révélé être de la communication mensongère.
Après avoir investi plus de 300 $, impossible de faire quoi que ce soit avec mes tokens :
- Impossible de les convertir en Bitcoin
- Impossible de les transférer vers un autre wallet
- Impossible de les envoyer vers Revolut
- Impossible de les unstaker
- Impossible de les vendre ou de les échanger
L’application affiche une valeur fictive, totalement déconnectée d’un marché réel. Le token HYPER n’existe sur aucune blockchain, n’a aucune adresse de smart contract, n’est listé sur aucun DEX, et n’a aucune liquidité. Le message “Itinéraire non disponible” apparaît systématiquement, preuve qu’il n’existe aucune route de swap réelle.
Le “staking” sert uniquement à bloquer les retraits, et les guides fournis par l’application sont des scripts génériques destinés à faire croire que le problème vient de l’utilisateur. Rien n’est techniquement cohérent : l’app prétend que le token est sur “Ethereum Chain” alors qu’il n’existe pas sur Etherscan, et parle de “Layer 2 Bitcoin avec SVM”, ce qui est techniquement impossible.
En résumé :
Best Wallet simule un vrai wallet, mais ne fonctionne pas avec une blockchain réelle. Les tokens sont internes, non échangeables, et la valeur affichée est fictive.
C’est une application trompeuse, qui présente tous les signes d’une arnaque structurée.
Je déconseille fortement d’y déposer le moindre centime.

Hi! Since Bitcoin Hyper is still in Token Sale, you are currently not able to access or trade it in your wallet yet. You can check your amount in the Best Wallet app under the Upcoming Tokens tab or on the project’s official website by connecting your wallet and checking the “Your Purchased” section. Just make sure you’ve connected the same wallet you used to purchase the tokens.
Once the project launches, you’ll be able to claim your tokens in the Upcoming Tokens tab or via the project’s website. You'll also be able to swap them directly in Best Wallet or using a DEX.

Der schlüssel wird irgendwo bei Google gespeichert, nix 24 wörter um es wieder herzustellen. Kein Verkauf der coins, da keine Bankanbindung. Es werde dort nur echte shitcoins im Presale verkauft. Ich habe schon den Großteil meiner coins auf eine andere Wallet übertragen. Sobald da alles runter ist, lösche ich die App.

Hi! Because Best Wallet uses Multi-Party Computation, there isn’t a traditional 12 to 24 word seed phrase. Instead, you directly access your Private Key following: Settings → Manage Wallets → Multi-Chain Wallets → Select the wallet → Export Private Key.
While there isn't a "Sell" button in the app, there are many ways you can withdraw or sell your crypto. If you're interested, you can check Onramper's Offramps supported in your region: https://knowledge.onramper.com/off-ramp-supported-countries

ETH transferred out without my knowledge
Went to check my ETH balance to find that it had all been transferred out 2 days ago without my knowledge. The app has now been removed from the app store by the developer. It looks to be a key harvesting scam, although I really hope not, that it is coincidence and a reversible glitch. I have created a support ticket in the app and also reported it to the UK fraud Police.

Hi John! As a decentralized wallet, we never hold your funds or have access to your private keys, so it's impossible for us to make a transfer on your behalf. Unauthorized transfers typically mean keys were compromised elsewhere. Also, the app hasn't been available in the UK since last year due to regulations; it wasn't removed. Please reach out via Settings > Get Help so we can guide you through this.
Bugs and potential scam
Wallet feels buggy at best (funds disappearing, random logouts) and might even be a scam to trick people into buying presale coins that just steal your money (I tried Bitcoin Hyper, where the presale never ends and is flagged as scam on many websites now, yet still promoted in Best Wallet).

Display or sync issues can make balances appear missing, but your funds are safely on the blockchain, so just make sure your internet connection is strong and try switching between WIFI and mobile data to resolve it. I solved it. Basically, when you log into the account from the Best Wallet web app, it conflicts and deactivates the account from your phone. So I logged out of the web. Then, I uninstalled the phone app and reinstalled it. After that, everything started working again. I'm giving it 3 stars because it needed to be explained.

To resolve this, you will need to perform a fresh installation of the app and recover your wallet again, but please only do this if you remember your Secret Word. Bestwallet Betrug
Nach einem Smartphone wechsel wollte ich meine Bestwallet wieder herstellen mit dem Backup von Google Drive. Nach der Wiederherstellung ist meine Bestwallet leer komplett auf 0. Der Support meinte ich hätte Nie etwas eingezahlt, lol.
Betrüger wie es im Buche steht

If your funds are not visible and you have an old Main Wallet (EVM-only), you just need to select Recover Old Main Wallet under Settings > Manage Wallets to re-import it. Additionally, any previously imported wallets must be manually re-added using your private key or recovery phrase via the + sign in the EVM-only Wallets section under Settings > Manage Wallets. EDIT: i am not stupid monkey, i can see that i need to have those shitty shitcoins for gas (which you people deserve), still shitwallet gives only error after trying to swap or send. Im glad it was just a test and i only used <50$ to your robbing scam wallet.

Best Wallet Token has been an absolute disaster. Pulled off centralized exchanges almost immediately after listing, destroyed liquidity, and then had the nerve to tell users to rely on decentralized exchanges with barely any volume.
No transparency, no accountability, and virtually no communication from the team. This project has completely failed its community so far. Investors trusted this platform, and what they got in return was silence and excuses.
Do better — or be honest about the situation.
