I was disappointed with my experience. The bezel and the numbers on the ring are not aligned properly, and this cannot be fixed by simply rotating the ring, because the opposite number markings are also out of line. After I reported the issue, I was told to turn the ring, but that does not solve the actual problem. Since then, I have not heard anything further.

I purchased a clock from BestWallClocks and, unfortunately, it arrived damaged due to the shipping carrier.

What really matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong and in this case, they were outstanding.

They were quick, responsive, and clear throughout the entire process. Without any hassle, they arranged for a replacement, which arrived in perfect condition and very quickly.

They made everything easy: great communication, friendly service, and an efficient resolution. It’s a pleasure dealing with a company that handles issues this well.

Overall, a very positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

This is the second wall clock I’ve purchased from BestWallClock. In both cases, the clocks are truly unique and fantastic, and they come in perfect packaging. They are made of aluminum and glass, and they replicate the original watch’s design very well. The technical support team recently helped me with a small issue I had with one of the shipments, and they resolved it immediately and satisfactorily. I’m already looking at which watch I might buy next!
