Good prices and fast delivery
Good prices and fast delivery! We had ordered from another company, and after 6 weeks they had still not even shipped the unit. US Post Company processed our order and shipped it fast! Even when a bad ice storm hit most of the US, delivery was minimally delayed and we still got the item in plenty of time for our project.

Difficult to find product
It was easy to find an otherwise difficult to find product. I will say that I did not like the look and feel of the check-out to the point where I wasn't sure the transaction was secure.

US Post Company is my go to source when a customer has a new cluster box need. The prices have always been reasonable and the customer service is excellent. One example that really stands out to me was when I purchased a box online and a sales representative reached out to discuss the box I ordered. They had a better price that they were able to provide. This saved my customer money which made me look like a hero!!! This was huge and has helped me secure additional projects.

Prompt accurate response to replacement lock questions
Prompt response, took pictures and was told exactly which replacement locks were the right ones! Courteous and helpful and it was after 5 pm. Then I looked at the person's name and they were the COO of the company!
